Amazon India — Amazon india moto g turbo order cancelled by company

Today I ordered a moto g turbo from Amazon under some promotional offer 60% off. Order was successful and they also debited money from my bank account immediately and few hours later I got an email about refund of the money even though I did not cancle the order. On calling customer care they saying the offer was placed mistakenly so u will not be getting the delivery.

And also refund will take 4 days to transfer. Such a huge company is not expected for such mistakes and they cannot hold my money for 4 days without any reason.

I have an email for confirmation of order that I placed and of successful payment also.

I also placed the order with Order #[protected], and got the confirmation mail as well.

But now the order is cancelled, and no reason specified.

I am feeling cheated.

how can you cheat to your customer, once my order placed and money deducted then without my approval how can any e-commerce company can cancel the order. Its really very bad experience from amazon.

Wrong product receive and not refund money
