Amazon India — Amazon India Product Not Delivered Repeatedly, False Delivery Marking as Customer Rejected (Order ID:[protected]

I am filing this complaint against Amazon India and the concerned delivery partner/seller for repeated delivery failure and false delivery updates.

My order (Order ID:[protected] was scheduled for delivery on 27 October 2025, but despite multiple re-schedules and repeated calls to customer support, the product was never delivered.

The delivery agent never called or visited my address, yet the order was falsely marked as “customer rejected.” This has happened more than once, and even after multiple assurances from Amazon’s customer service, no real action was taken.

I repeatedly requested to speak with the delivery agent or receive their contact details, but support agents refused to provide any information and kept giving false promises about reattempts. As of 30 October 2025, the product is still not delivered.

This has caused me:

Significant time loss and frustration

Payment blockage, as my money was held for days

Service failure and lack of accountability from both seller and delivery team

I have been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but such repeated issues have caused great inconvenience and loss of trust.

I request:

Immediate investigation into the delivery partner and seller responsible.

Written confirmation and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Action to ensure this seller/delivery partner is monitored or penalized for misconduct.
