Dear sir/madam,
I have recently purchased mobile from Amzon Amount 22000 Model M53.
We told clearly charger received wiyh mobile headset. But i received my order charger not received with my mobile order.
I sent Some recording with Amazon custome care which told me clearly charger received with mobile included in this amount.

So please help me this regards.

    Hello,
    I had ordered iPAD 9th gen along with Apple pencil, cover and screen guard (Total 4 items together). I got this package delivered on 24th April 2022, When I received package I felt weight was very less so asked delivery guy to open the package . When I checked shockingly iPAD was missing from that and it was marked as delivered in my account. Even delivery guy acknowledged that it was missing. I am trying to get REFUND or REDELIVERY of this product from amazon from last 7 days, they saying investigation is going on….!! but no resolution. I am loosing 30, 000 ₹ for amazon’s mistake. Could please try yo help me on this.

      I ordered a puma unisex shoes and when i opened the box i received wrong product.. in the box a white shoes was there but not which i ordered and when i contact with amazon they are only saying that wait and contact them after 2 days or 4 days ...       I have ordered one LG 260 L refrigerator (GL-N292BDSY) on[protected].
      order no[protected].the product price is 23999 rupees.the product was suppose to be delivered on 10th April which is not delivered till now. I have called the customer service for the refunding for more than 10 times and they didint give the refund till now.

      Item was Rejected for Blue Color. Subsequently One Silver Colored has been Ordered. Return of Product has been Processed. Pickup Scheduled for 28 April did Not turn up. Pickup Re-Scheduled, Date Not known. No Pickup on 29 April. Please Pickup and Refund.

        I placed an order in Amazon.in on 27th April 2022, ORDER #[protected] for price 14855.

        They cancelled the order and my got struck and it will be deposited within a week.

        Now the same seller put the price for the same product is 22999/-.

        Amazonpay giving offer on Ola ride for 2 bookings in April 2022(Attached screenshot Ola app) for cashback upto 75.
        This is fake offer i have taken ride but did not received cashback for second ride.
        When i talked to Amazon customer care they are saying you are not eligible or not collected the offer. So howcome i get cashback for 1st ride.

        The MRP of parker ink shown in the photo is 50/- for 30 ml, and amazon is charging 90/- for 30ml + delivery charges. I can understand about delivery charges but how can they sell more than MRP?

            Amazon India had initiated a refund to my closed PNB Bank account. Now they are saying that the amount has been deducted from their end and it lies with PNB Bank. Amazon has provided a refund reference number(RRN) for the transaction. On the other hand, PNB is saying they cannot track the RRN, the sender has to raise a dispute with their bank. Both parties are saying they do not have the money....

            Over the last 2 months there has been a MARKED increase in damages to packaging and products during transportation. Even cardboard packages are fully torn open and many time it requires you to initiate refund/return pickup. BTW, Amazon does not offer "time slots" for delivery. Their "slots" are between 7 AM and 7 PM (for pickup also) so you are restricted at home for 12 hours ON 2 SEPARATE DAYS! Not every home has people staying in throughout...

            INR 2389.26 has debited on 20th February 2022
            INR 1809 has been debited on 21st February 2022
            INR 3965 has been debited on 23rd February 2022

            Request to take further action against it....
