I bought a smarttv from amazon and i received the product on the 20th jan 2019. I found that thetv screen is broken. Amazon is now not helping me at all. I am dying of making them understand my situation. But their call centre staff is not helping me. Amazon ate my 12000 rupees. This is not the first time i have faced issues This has now happened 3rd time in the period of 6 months. Plz help me to change the product. Amazon is pushing me from the pillar to the post. Amazon is giving me a run around Their customer service team is very rude and unhelpful. I have not received any help from amazon on this. Amazon customer service is very bad.
