Amazon India — Amazon is doing fraudulent with me

Dear sir, i would like to inform you that on 11 September 2022 i bought a product on Amazon.The bill of the product amount had already paid by me.Now i would like to inform that in Amazon app my product status is showing that my product was delivered on 16 September 2022. but originally my product is not deliver by Amazon till now . When i said this incident to the Amazon official . They said to me that this is happening by their mistake.But Amazon official failed to give me a satisfactory resolution .They rejected to help me in this matter . This is our India where E commerce company is looting us due to the lack of hard and fast rule of government . Now i cordially request to the higher authority of the government please do needful immediately .
