Amazon India — amazon is not refunding the amount (online shopping)

I have ordered a home theater in amazon on[protected] and excepted delivery date is[protected]. Delivery got delayed and cancelled the order on[protected] eod. Now they are not refunding the amount. Saying silly reasons like vendor not initiating the refund etc... Please help me in this.
