Amazon India — Amazon make false commitment and delivery agent put false remark as he not attempted a delivery to my address | |||
Dear All I hope You all are doing good and safe in during this pandamic situation. i really dont know to whome i contact for my recent experience, so i kept yoy all in one basket. i hoping resolution from you anyone of you.my recent experience being an prime member with amazon is not good trust me i am mentally torchered by Amazone sinece a week. let me brief my experience one by one. 1. I ordered Phylips Hometheaghter during Republic day sale. 2. I recieved a used, damaged product that too with missing esassories. (Photgraphes attached herewith) 3. i immeditelly called CCE, i provided all the infomratuon alongwith photographes. 4. CCE is not ready to give me replacement they only force me for refund, i denied the refund as product price is high, after so many request they finally send me the Replacement. 5. After 4 5 days (Aprox) a delivery Guy Mr Raja Mishra came and he refused to give me exchange as as per him the seller dosent have complete infomration about exchange. i beg him litrally in frnt of him and requested so many times to exchange the product but he refused and run away. 6. I immeditelly contacted CCE and explain to him, he assured me and confirm that you will get your product within 24 to 48 hrs. 7. I continuously looking towards amazone app for product update. on29th Jan 07:38 AM product is out for delivery, at 02:29 PM its cancelled due to external factors (Dont know what happen) no one called me, contact me and also no one coming to me 8. I immeditelly contact CCE and requested him for reshudilng the product, he did the same. 9. On 30th Jan at 07:58 AM product out for delivery, i was so happy and excited to have my product, but at 10:26 AM i saw over amazon app there was a delivery attempt (but its completelly fake update, no one contacted me, no one msz me and no one coming to me for exchange) and at similar time amzone update that delivery cancelled. as exchange verification failed ( Trust me its compeletly fake update) photographes attached. for your refrence. 10. I Contacted Delivery Agent (I Recieved email from Amazon i contacted on the same no Mr Raja Mishra) he told me that i didnt have your parcel i dont know to home mentioned my nos for delivery. 11. I contacted CCE for update today he asdred me again for wait 24 hrs for re shudiling the parcel. but its not updated in Amazone App. 12. i Again called CCE for not updating the amazon for what we discussed in previous call. Mr Danis told me that its not delivery now as delivery agent mark cancelled. 13. Its completelly unfare with me, i am your prime customer and you gys are treatem me like this, you test my patience. now i humble request please arrange to exchage my product with original and correct product. i dont want a refund please looking forward for positive response from your side.
