We bought a CC TV camera set in Oct 2022.
The product is malfunctioning now.
The hard disk failed and the footage is disturbed with vertical lines on it.
I understand that Amazon itself is not responsible for the product.
So, to contact the seller directly I tried to get seller information from the Amazon app.
I observed that the seller name and address are different on the invoice and product page on Amazon.
The seller information on the product page is inaccurate and incomplete.
There is no seller website, email address or phone number and the address is Amazon's address in Bangalore.
So, I asked them in support chat to provide seller information to contact them directly.
Amazon claims that the return period is over and they can't do anything about it and are refusing to provide seller information.

Please find attached pictures of both.
I want Amazon to replace the product, refund the amount we paid for the product, repair the product or provide seller information.
