Amazon India — Amazon not refunded also not giving reference number from last 50 days

I purchased laptop feom amazon and i found that they sent me refurnished laptop.. I ordered new laptop for 57k and seller srnt mr refurbished laptop while i Checked with Amazon They take 3 month to take return order for laptop after returning they initiated refund but still not received penny yet..
I contacted to the customer service.. They raised complaint for provide reference number.. But last two month i am taking follow up from Amazon they are saying same ans..have to wait for 5 working days.. But not giving any proper resolution.. I tensed bcz amount is 57k..please help me how to connect with Amazon and resolve this issue... Please help

Its been two month now.. No response yet.. Not getting refund..anyone can help procedure of consumer court..its 57k amount and amazon are not serious and no value for customer.. Please help
