Even after these emails amazon failed to pick up regularly from the residence and are not providing advance refund... something they agree for advance refund sometimes they say Refund possible after pickup...but they are only creating fresh pickup dates and harressing me

Sometimes they say advance refund will be credited other times they say they can't till item picked up...they r only creating fresh pickup dates...
