Amazon India — Amazon Order ID:[protected], not received refund

Hi, I had purchased wakefit wardrobe from Amazon India 2 months back. However, I returned this product back to wakefit through Amazon after which Amazon status show that it has refunded my money back but I have not received any refund from Amazon or wakefit. Amazon says seller will refund and seller will say Amazon will refund. But seller and Amazon playing with us. It is almost 1 month that I have not received my refund. Just can't believe Amazon being such a big company in world wild can play with customers like this. Just want to close this Amazon account for ever after they refund my money back.
