I ordered an MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12G OC graphics card (Order ID:[protected] on March 12, 2025, from Amazon.in for ₹28, 049. On March 16, 2025, I received a used, dusty GPU fan instead of the ordered product, with no invoice. I immediately contacted Amazon support, provided photographic evidence, and escalated the issue to the Grievance Officer. However, they refused a refund, citing "internal investigation results" without evidence. The final response on April 6, 2025, claimed the correct product was delivered, but no proof was shared, and the case was closed (Grievance Number: 6948034 on INGRAM). This violates my rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Section 2(9) — defective goods, Section 49 — refund rights). I request Amazon India to either provide the correct product or refund ₹28, 049. Attached are photos of the defective item and correspondence.
