There's a seller named Cocoblu Retail on Amazon India.
This is a fake company. They do not respond to queries.
They do not disclose proper product info on product pages.

Their product details are misleading.
It's a fake company. Do not buy any products from them on Amazon India.

I received 3 packets when I ordered 4. And while ordering I was charged delivery charge per packet while ordering. When I asked for refund you are not ready to refund the extra delivery charge that I paid for. Nonsense...

I was kept on calling continuously and the initial refund was initiated on 6th oct, respectively 18th oct, 4th november and 13 th november and still not getting refund more than 45 days after continues follow up repeating the amazon team says that only payment stuck and why payment was stuck, they are not able to answer rather they were speaking rudely or putting the call on hold (More than 20 mins) or just disconnecting.

I had ordered CrossBeats watch of Rs 2, 999 which was picked up for return on 20-Jun-2023. It's been more than 9 months, and I have not yet received refund. Previously it was displaying on the Amazon account that refund will be issued once they receive the item. Now, it is showing in the refund status that product is lost in transit.

I have ordered OnePlus Nord 3 on 18 June 2024 at 19999 that is delivered on 20 June. After a day I saw a minor gap between display and frame of phone (check out the picture below) and raised complaint for replacement on 21 June. I got replacement on 25 June that is to be delivered between 7am to 10 pm.
On 25 June, I waited for delivery, but I didn't get any call from delivery boy till 7 pm and then I talked 3-4 times to amazon agent...

I have placed 3 orders with Amazon on 11th April'2024, these were all prepaid orders with products mentioned as eligible for returns and exchange.

I received 3 items of the order on 13th April'2024 and when I was placing the return of the order that got accepted but thereafter I got the mail from Amazon that they closed my account due increase of returns/refunds.
