I am writing to file a formal complaint against Amazon India regarding the non-delivery of an order I placed. As a loyal customer who has placed numerous orders, I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received concerning Order #[protected], which I placed on June 17, 2024.

Payment Method: Mastercard ending with 6950 (EMI: Rs 2722.88 for 9 months)
On June 28, I received a call from the delivery person who confirmed the delivery address as 142 Samarth Green City, Near Gomatgiri, Indore. However, he expressed concern about the distance, saying, "Oh, itni dur, " but assured me that the order would be delivered.
When I did not receive the order by evening, I called the delivery person at [protected]. He informed me that the order had been mistakenly placed in another vehicle and would be returned to the warehouse, promising delivery the next day. Despite waiting for 1-2 days, I did not receive the order. To my surprise, the Amazon app showed the order as delivered.
I have repeatedly contacted Amazon customer care, but they have been unhelpful, asking me to wait and then disconnecting the call after placing me on hold for 20-30 minutes each time.
Additionally, I called the delivery person again, and he mentioned that my order is still at the warehouse. He provided me with another contact, Anuj, at [protected], located at the Sanwer Road Godown, for further inquiries.
This entire situation has caused me significant distress, both financially and personally. I am already under financial stress, paying for the inverter through my credit card on an EMI basis. More importantly, due to the stress and anxiety caused by this unresolved issue, I suffered a minor heart attack. This has severely impacted my work, health, and overall well-being.
I am now bringing this matter to your attention as I have exhausted all other avenues for resolution. I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and help resolve this issue immediately. I expect Amazon to deliver my order within the next 2 days and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and health issues I have faced due to their negligence.
