Amazon India — Amazon pay later

Hello,

I want to complain about the issue of repayment in amazon pay later.

Telling you from the beginning

On 5th of Aug it was my due date to repay the amazon pay later

On 5th Aug the money was deducted from my account as it was set on auto repayment but the amount that was deducted did not reflect in amazon pay later .

On 6th Aug I waited for the payment to get updated but it was not updated , so I manually repayed the amount of Rs 3641 that was updated in Amazon pay later instantly .

So when I talked in your customer care they first told the amount that was deducted will be refunded to your bank account in 5 working days but till NOW the amount is not refunded.

Then on 15th Aug the amount that was deducted on 5th Aug was partially updated of Rs 1311 .

The remaining amount of Rs 2330 is still not updated nor its is credited to my account.

Its has been 3 months now I didn't find any solution to this issue and I have also spoke to bank they say you will resolve the issue And you say they will resolve the issue .
