I ordered samsung galaxy phone from amamzon but i received empty box, i open my parcel in fron of deliveryu boy, then i contact consumer care they said they will investigate and resolve this in 3-4 days.

after 4 days they said that ki hamre pass status update dikh rha h apko phone mil gya. they don't ask for any audio any video nothing and now they are clearly said apko jo legal action lena h lee li jiye, hum kuch nhi karsakte
jabki delivery boy se kuch pucha hi nhi gya h and amazon wale kh rhe h humne investigation kar lia hain

they neither providing my parcel related investigation detail nor my tracking details so that i can track ki mera phone kis courier pe jakr gayab hua h

its really very shameful and awful for such big company doing these things its our hard core money

      I ordered a derma 2% kojic acid cream and i received wrong item.. they sent me another item and when i contacted customer service of amazon they are just saying and ending the chat that u will get refund.. and not listening me .. there is not any process of refund which i can see From my end .. they are making me fool.. registered mobile number of account is [protected] and the order id of product is[protected]... Plz give me my money back .. i am not that rich that i forgot my money.. pls provide my refund... I beg u

          I have purchased ptron earbud from amazon after few month there was charging issue after complaint the issue ias per the policy customer has to courier the defective product to the service centre and had to bear the cost too i have received the replacement pcs after 20 days as per them after doing quality check but have receive the other pcs that too detective and left ear is not working at all if company accept the replacement again i have to bear the courier cost there is no o direct customer care number to handle the query worst
          Amazon dont take care of the after sales and there vendors sells defective product as per return and warranty policy

            Actually I have order a nivea men face cream because it wasn't in stock of my nearest supermarket which costs just 55 INR Including tax and shipping charge was not included due to something promotion Applied. So, I have to pay only 55 INR but they took 85 INR after being told that shipping charges was not included in the order and started arguing.

            I don't wanna any refund for their cheap mistakes and toxic behaviour but just give a message to them that if any costomer is saying something please keep attention on the and check the order summary before the Payment.

                  The issue that I have experienced was: delivery boy not delivered and placed status as delivered. when I raised complaint after two investigations amazon simply telling we con't do anything and closing the call and even they have blocked my calls which I have prime registered.
                  I have attached proof of that delivery boy chat with me in whatsapp.

                    Amazon has refunded an amount of Rs. 10700/- on 06/10/2021, but it not received in my account. I also contact with my bank but no solution come out.
                    Several time I call to amazon customer care, but they also couldn't resolved the matter.

                        I have placed an order for Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star Fixed Speed Split AC in Amazon. Instead I have received different product (Indoor unit Inverter model & Outdoor unit non inverter) on 5th October. This details got to know from service technician. I requested for replacement for the wrong product. Initially they agreed for the replacement and they asked me to wait until the stoke is available. Now they are telling, we can't replace the product and arranging for refund with old price. I am ok for refund with current product price. In that case I have to put 3000 rupees from my pocket. Product was delivered on 5th of October still the issue not resolved and I am unable to use the product. Again I have to pay additional 1500 rupees for uninstallation.
                        Request you please help regarding the issue.

                          Product missing (only 1 quantity received against 5)

                          Have ordered Pampers XXL 28 pieces diapers of 5 quantities and along with that some other items too on dated 04.10.2021. But I could only receive 1 quantity out of 5 quantities I have ordered. The package was well packed and no tampering but still the item of 4 quantities was missing right out of the delivery box. I even complained this matter to Amazon, they started investigating on that issue and later they arrived to a decision that everything...

                          Out of the 2 nos. Qty's Faber 4 Burner Glass Cooktop Power 4BB BK Manual Ignition Gas Stove (Black) purchased, one nos. was found to have parts missing and the package badly damaged.

                          Immediately, raised a complaint and demanded for a return. Returned was confirmed for 19th October but never picked up until date. Also a couple of reminders were sent thereafter, but still the return hasn't happened.

                          Request to have the item picked up and the amount credited to my account.

                                I ordered a phone Redmi Note 10s from Amazon.in on date 10/10/2021 in this Great Indian Festival Sale and I got the delivery on 14/10/2021.when i unbox the delivery package I found a detergent soap instead of phone inside the box.
                                I complained about it immediately in Amazon on the same day and also share a video to them which i made while unboxing but they denied my complaint.I tried many times to get some solution but no solution is provided.
