Amazon India — Amazon Pay Money Deduction | |
My Amazon pay money got deducted twice (10th Oct-582.24 and 1st Oct- 358.64) for 940.88 Rs. I am continuously calling customer care but they are saying I am lying and it is done by me. I never shared my credentials/ never logged in from any other device. Even my device is locked by fingerprint. How will someone else use it? I have been begging for the money everyday because it is my hard-earned money and in reply, they are saying I did this by myself and it is creating a lot of anxiety and pressuring me mentally.
