Amazon India — Amazon Pay payment Regarding refund

My name is Vedant, I have done the payment of 10514rupees on 12 June on 7:46am, the payment is showing successful but the issue is that payment is deducted from my UPI and its successful but the delivery boy said that payment you have is not showing on our application so I done payment again on 2:51pm to the delivery boy, now the problem is that payment I have done on 7:46am this payment is not refunded till now so tell me when I will get this because I call 6times on customer care otherwise I will take action against this.
I attach the photos of bank statement and my UPI statement.
Solve this as soon as possible. Because it's got 10-12 take and till now, I didn't get my money back.
