I ordered a Vamas Women's Silk Padded Self Design Sleeveless Readymade Saree Blouse worth Rs 1349/- on 14th Sep 2024 and got it delivered on 20th Sep 2024
Unfortunately the blouse was tight so I placed an exchange request for a larger size.
I received the larger size on 27th September but this time the blouse has stitching issues so I placed a return order on 28th September. The delivery boy picked it up on 29th September. It was clearly mentioned that once my order is received and it gets quality checked my refund will be initiated. The order was smoothly received by the seller on 7th Oct but then the status started showing as "Refund not issued: Your refund could not be issued as the return is stuck in processing
Do not worry! Our Customer-Service can help you with your refund." I spoke to the customer support multiple times where they gave me acknowledgement on mail as well that if the seller does not refund till 13 days i.e. 12th Oct 2024, we will initiate your refund.
I patiently waited for 13 days & on 12th Oct 2024 the customer support is accepting that their teammate gave me misinformation regarding refund date and now it will be initiated on 14th Oct 2024.
I am a prime customer and this is the treatment I am getting from them.
This is a proper fraud and scam done on their part where they received the original item and not refunding my amount.
Give me my refund back Amazon!!
