I purchased a product on Amazon India and has cashback of Rs. 300 and after calling couple of times amazon, they opened a ticket# V[protected] for cash back issue on 14/7/2023.
I followed up with amazon for update on above ticket number and did not get any reply to emails.
Yet to receive cash back
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Dear Sir,
    I received the parcel from amazon order number #[protected] dated on 10/02/2024.After cut the delivered parcel and not get anything inside that, received empty box only.I order a toy gun from amazon but unfortunately it is missing from the package.

    I am depressed and frustrated in this situation, can you please take necessary action in this regard.Request you please do needful for the same as early as possible.

      I order for Blaupunkt Sound Bar from Amazon.in and the order #407-454××××-7359563.I received wrong product in this order, delivered to me dated on 21/01/2024.After that I regularly contacted with Amazon India customer services through phone calls, chats and emails regarding this issue for multiple times but the issue is still not resolved yet.

        From what I have suffered and experienced myself, I find that it is very cumbersome to get the refunds, especially if the purchase money had been paid through net-banking. Even referring the matter to [protected]@amazonpay.in (Level 3) was of no help as it repeated to what was told earlier by the Amazon Pay Escalation Team (stated below in italics). The following are the orders wherein refunds are required: -
        • Order no.[protected] dated 01.11.23 regarding return of HP X200 Wireless Mouse. The item was returned on 14.11.23 and was duly accepted by the Amazon. Initially, the website depicted “Refund credited to your account by original payment method” but thereafter, the version changed every time whenever I opened the website like (a) item is on the way. Refund will be initiated as soon as it reaches us. (b) Your return is likely lost in-transit and (c) lastly on 05.01.24, it showed on top right side “Return received on: Nov 17, 2023” whereas the bar chart on left showed “Nov 6 - Replacement initiated; Nov 17 - Picked up & Nov 17 - Replacement complete. Now it has completely disappeared perhaps due to myself having made more successful purchases after this order. I don’t understand as to what necessitated your officials to manipulate the website in this manner. The Escalation Team replied “Order cancelled due to payment method is hard declined. If the amount is debited, it will be reverted back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days by 14 February 2024. If in case you've not received the refund you can contact bank's customer care and dispute the charge.
        Why can’t I get the exact date and reference details under which the amount was reverted back to my HDFC net-banking account?

        • Order No.[protected] dated December 7, 2023 was cancelled due to non-credit of Rs. 187 into Amazon account though it was duly debited from my account. Refund was duly accepted as per your office email dated 07.12.23 but refund not made so far. Your Team replied “contact Amazon Customer Service department”.
        Instead of arranging the refund, such reply was least expected.

        Although the Amazon possess a number of websites, but I find all these confusing as none leads directly to settle refund related issues. I am a retired Central Govt. Officer aged above 90 years and need your intervention to help me in resolving these issues.

        Amazon is silent on the subject
        Amazon has not cared to take action despite repeated reminders. Although there are many websites but all are confusing and lead to no where. Its Nodal Officers are on papers only and care the least to resolve customer issues.

                Dear Sir/Mam

                I have recently purchased computer hardware products from Amazon on 17th January, 2024. I have received a few products on 18th January 2024 and the rest of them are on 20th January, 2024. All those products are received by my family members on my behalf as I am out of my hometown due to a certain emergency. I scrutinized all those items on 26th January, 2024 then I got to know that out of all the items I have received only one wrong item.

                I purchased the i3 10th Generation processor, but I got a Pentium dual core by Amazon. The delivered item, which is a Pentium dual core, contained the packaging of i3 10th Generation processor, likewise it became a situation of fraud to me. Even I talked to the customer care executive of Amazon on 26th January 2024, but they told me your return window is closed and couldn't get a conclusive resolution from their side.

                Then I mailed to Amazon on 27th January, 2024 regarding this concern. Though I got a response from their side but couldn't get relief. Again
                I mailed to amazon over their multiple email Ids and got a response that we will keep your account under our surveillance for the time being 24 to 48 hours but couldn't get a resolution till now.

                  I have purchased a product (ASUS ROG BACKPACK) from amazon but when the parcel was delivered there was no bag inside .i called them but they kept me waiting and didnt try to resolve my matter.

                      Amazon India - Fraud Alert!

                      I ordered a Samsung S23 FE for my mother’s birthday and received a broken power bank inside the box. Until this time I had only heard about such frauds.

                      This needs to be escalated at another level. Who on earth would expect @amazon India to do this!?

                      Shame on the logistics partners and the company. Lost all trust on the e-commerce giant!

                            Respected Sir,
                            I bought a (Refurbished) Lenovo ThinkPad 7th Gen Intel Core i5 from amazon, 12th January after receiving this product when I want to turn on its showing that " the hard disk corrupted " so ultimately my laptop is damage.
                            After that I raise a return complain they called me ask me what is the problem so we discus about it and they told me ok we will return it and you will get your money back.
                            After 2 days one guy called me and asked me about my return after that told me we are not receiving any electronic item for amazon so you plz cancel it.
                            then again I called to customer care and again the raise return prosses and told me sir we will take it from you within 3 working days.
                            But again missed it and amazon told we will do an investigation and after 31 we assure you that we successfully return it and solve this problem.
                            today again I called them I ask what about my laptop again they says it will take 72 hr.
                            so sir plz help me to receive my back.

                              How can I get my money back from Amazon mall task scam

                              I invested around 1100 USDT in Amazon mall trading app. (One lakh ten thousand rupees) They did not give me any returns.I made profits but they denied withdrawal due to demand of commission.                               On 15th january 2024 I had placed an ordered for nirlon nonstick coated aluminum appachatti and casserole combo cookware set along with cello glass mixing bowl without lid.

                              On 17th January 2024 I have received my package which included only appachatti which was defective and cello bowl, casserole was missing the package. I had raised a exchange and missing product requested and even explained in detailed in the description..later again the replacement product came at my doorstep which I refuse to accept as he just bought appachatti and not the casserole. On the same day I raised a complaint, Customer service team informed me that it will take 3 days to check whether whole product was not delivered, but till today I didn't received any reponse. I spoke with Anna and lead namrata about the same they did not help me to fix my issue they just kept saying we will refund you.i want my correct product and in all this scenario I have not made any mistake. So I such cases team needs to fix the issue which they are not Interested. I did accept such service from Amazon brand. Sorry but the service was pathetic

                                I have placed an order for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 LTE version on the date of 15th Jan, 2024.
                                And I received the order on the date of 17th Jan 2024, and on the same date I raised the complaint regarding the wrong product received and also provided with the image of the product that i received the Box that it is used for delivering the product as well as the Bill of the product.
                                I have explained to them that I have received a completely wrong product with the wrong bill/invoice as well in my name, and they informed me to take this to internally investigate the issue and asked me to call back on 22nd Jan, 2024.
                                I have called them on 21st Jan, 202 to know the status of inquiry and been asked to call on 22nd to get the update.
                                And again I have called today, the customer service executive has asked me some details and asked to hold the call, but they put me on Hold indefinitely.
                                So I have reached the Customer service again and asked them for the status of the inquiry.

                                Customer Support team have informed me that they have done the investigation from there end and been told that no action can be taken as they feel that they have sent correct order, I have requested them to check the dimension of the box that i have attached in the picture and the box (Larger) which i have received since a Galaxy watch cant be fit into the Box that i have received, But they informed me that they cannot perform any further operation on thi issue, and when i have asked them can i escalate via mail ID they informed me that there is no such service.

                                After multiple calls regarding the investigation I have not been given a logical explanation since the Bill and the box dimension states that it's a LED light, so it can't be a watch.

                                Please consider this mail as a request to look into this matter and also consider this mail as proof of reaching out to you so that I can raise a complaint in the consumer Forum.

                                - Could you look into the images of the Box, please check the Box dimension during the packaging as well as the weight of the product.
                                - Since Bill that I have attached in the mail clearly states that the Product delivered is an LED light with the Invoice and the bill is in my name and there was no product that i have ordered on that date which clearly points out that i have received The wrong product (Light) instead of the galaxy watch.

                                Have even reach to their twitter handle but still the issues is not resolved .
