Escalation Matrix

There is only one level of escalation in case of customer complaints. Such escalation matrix is simply not possible and fair for customers. Amazon should seriously consider adding at least 2 more layers of escalation including ombudsman kind of level....

Received an empty box

I've ordered 3 products from dot and key skin care on 23rd August 2020, I got its delivered it on date 25th of August 2020. After 5 minutes when I got back into my home and check the product open the the package I found that there was no product in it was an empty Box with no product only bubble wrap and papers along with a bill. Payment declined after retry attempt

I placed an order including three items, first it got split into two orders at the time of payment on its own, and after that it showed payment declined. I clicked 'retry payment', after that it completely shows 'payment failed' for 'both' the orders.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve asap. Fyi, i'm placing this order internationally from out of india.

I have placed only one order using amazon so far and my personal details such as phone number, address has been leaked /sold to a fraud company who are calling me repeatedly for amazon lucky draw.
They are also abusive.

Paid order hasn't delivered yet while status is showing as delivered

I have ordered few items using amazon app. Some of them was prepaid orders and few of them was COD orders. I have received a message of the delivery today. But the items hasn't arrived yet. While tracking the orders through amazon app it shows that COD order has been returned and prepaid order was delivered to customer. VSI/Amazon stan debit

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020....

I receiving this message from feb to till date - alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xxxxxx at amazon without pin/otp.

I did not give any permission to amazon to deduct any such amount from my account, and that so happened without any otp or pin. I did not make this transaction, and i want my money back immediately. This is totally unacceptable

order not delivered and not refunded

For my order[protected], i did not receive a delivery and amazon has not refunded for the same. When i complained, i was told that it is too late for a refund.
The amazon customer service representative did not even give me a complaint id and kept saying that i should report it sooner.
I want a full refund of the order as i did not receive any delivery....

delivery boy's behavior on call and product not delivered

My order needed to be delivered to me on 6th january 2020, but it is not.
While ordering amazon asked for any specific time period the order to be delivered, i choosed the timing between 8:00am to 3:00pm as i want the delivery in my office premises,

selling inappropriate content and hurting hindu sentiments

A book named "Indian Wife Erotic Tales Tricked Trapped Hunted Distressed Mistress-3" has been seen on Amazon panel to sell at $2.93. I urge to take a quick action against such things because it is spreading a wrong message in the socienty additionally hurting sentiments of Hindus & Indians.

While placing the order through Amazon my bank account got debited & the transaction in amazon got failed. Finally i have cancelled the order.When i have tried to contact customer care through the contact us facility provided the call is getting automatically disconnected. product marked as delivered, doesn't get delivered

Knk-mpl, a seller for amazon.in takes the order and then says the order will reach in 10-15 days. And as the 10-15 days mark is about to reach, the status says "delivered" but the product doesn't get delivered.
After talking to customer care, they all say that the product "was delivered for different pincode". How the hell does that happen?
