I am raising this complaint regarding a refund issue with Amazon India.
Product: RIANZ® Lord Shree Hanuman Ji Gada with Jai Shree Ram Engraving Idol (Qty: 7)

Refund Amount: ₹1918
The product was picked up by the same agent who also picked up another order on the same day (Order #[protected], for which the refund has already been received. However, the return status of the RIANZ® order was never updated in the app, and the refund is still pending.
I raised the issue multiple times with Amazon customer support. An investigation was conducted, but they wrongly denied the pickup, possibly due to an error by the delivery agent.
I have all the proof including the pickup slip and refund confirmation of the other item picked up on same day by same agent. Despite this, no resolution has been provided.
This is unacceptable and causing financial and emotional stress. I request ConsumerComplaints.in to kindly intervene and help escalate this to Amazon India to get my refund of ₹1918 processed immediately. Attached the proof for your reference.
