    Delivery agent refused doorstep delivery. I live in first floor of my flat and is with my infant and elderly parents. As I was feeding my baby I asked him to deliver at door. But he insisted me to come down. My elderly father had to go down the stairs to collect it. He didn't even came down his vehicle to deliver it. Please take action against this kind of rude people

      I ordered redmi note 10s 6 gb 64gb varient for 10999 under a sale going on amazon. They accepted the same and shipped the order. The order was in gurugram and then they marked it cancelled and returned it to the seller. When i asked them about he same they said that it was due to technical issue, then another agent told me that it was not technical issue but the order was returned my me only.       I have ordered a kurta. But received a wrong product. Tag was there but not attached. And one who came for return pick up was very very rude. Doesn't know how to speak to woman. He didn't pick up nor gave a proper reason. Just spoke to us bluntly and left. Unacceptable behaviour. We are consumers. Not his slave. Take a proper action against him

        Description:- I ordered a woodland shoes on [ 25 Feb 2022 ] name woodland shoes which is sold by [ Cloudtail india pvt limited ] of [ RS 2690 ]and i have returned the shoes because of its quality issue. Amazon delivery boy has pick return on 09 March2022.

        I scheduled the return for pigeon pressurecooker on 14th April 2022.
        But in morning i received a message return pickup failed as package was not ready.

        But no any delivery boy visited at my doorstep to pick up the order so without attempting for pick up they put on such comments.This is so disappointing and bad service from your end.

        Kindly check the same and take strict action against it.

          I have nearly 7k in my Amazon pay balance account . It's huge amount for me to spend on other things especially I am living in a very rural area I can't use pay balance so please kindly allow me to buy non digital orders just to use my pay balance this isn't fair .             I have made payment of Rs. 300 to my society Atulyam Emerald on dtd. 02.04.22 which is failed due to some problem. Now, the same is not credited in my society account or neither revert back in my account after passing of 12 days.
