Amazon India — Amazon service failure repeated mistakes, wrong product sent, and no resolution

First, Amazon made a mistake with my cycle order. They rescheduled the delivery date on their own and falsely marked it as “done by the customer.” Later, there was another mistake from their side regarding service.

Then, during a bag exchange request, since I could not attend the first call, Amazon completely stopped updating me. It has been more than 10 days now with no response.

Most importantly, Amazon has now sent me the wrong product and is trying to force me to accept it as my fault. When I provided proof, their team was unable to take any action.

This is a very pathetic condition of service. My whole family has been purchasing from Amazon for years, but now no one from my family will purchase again. I will also inform all my friends and contacts not to trust this site, as mistakes from Amazon keep happening again and again.

I request strict action to be taken so that Amazon understands their responsibility and does not continue harassing customers.
