Hi Team, I ordered Samsung S23 ultra mobile in exchange with my Iphone 11, after I received the phone, I see there are touch issues and SPEN (Stylus) is stuck inside.. I raised a return, delivery person came and inspected the phone and took it.. Now Amazon investigation team is saying IMEI number mismatch and not issuing refund.. I suspect delivery agent has misplaced or someone at return office has replaced.. Phone has been inspected and taken back and after 1 week they said IMEI number mismatch, please help.
