I have ordered a mobile on amazon by applying for exchange offer. It is not mentioned anywhere on amazon that mobile original box is required for exchange.
I called Amazon team, and they confirmed original box is not required for exchange. However, the delivery agent told mobile box is mandatory and he cancelled the order by himself but the reason he stated is customer rejected the order. This is straight forward cheating from amazon....

My name is Yokesh, I ordered a graphics card from amazon india but when i received the order it was a scam, they sent a zebronics motherboard instead of gpu. The size of three fan gpu is almost 6 times that of the parcel that I received. So as soon as in received i reached out to customer care of amazon and placed the refund. This data is 100% fake to cheat the customers in believing that this is a highly rated and popular product.

I ordered mouth swab of 100 Pcs pack but they delivered me a Eveready battery pack. When I complaint againt this, Amazon blocked my account instead of enquiring against this from vendor end. they informed me over the email only. It really rediculous.
However, I complained against Amazon to Consumer helpline number, and hope will surely get the refund for the same.
I suggest others also to call Consumer helpline numberin this...
