Amazon India — amazon so called internal team is unable to launch my account from past 12 days. | |||||
Hi, This is team backlink. We are fresh and new seller on amazon. We have completed all the processes related to create an account on amazon. Submitted all the documents and gst details on amazon portal. Now our products are in active status. But the main problem that we are facing right now is the account launch issue. From past 12 days, we are trying to contact amazon and register 5-6 cases regarding this issue. But no help was provided from amazon side. Is this the way they are dealing with new seller? Its very shameful for a giant e-commerce website like amazon that they are unable to resolve our account launching error. We were told by a amazon seller support team that there are a technical error in our account launching process and an amazon internal team member will call us and resolve our issue. But its very worst that 12 days passed and no help was provided. What should we do now. A good help will be highly appreciated Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||||
