I want to raise a complaint that Amazon order[protected] which was Not Delivered to me, instead it reached to someone else, I have cross verified with tracking details by contacting Xpressbees as per the given tracking ID - [protected] in Amazon order tracking as per Xpressbees customer care it was delivered to some other person whos name is Saket, also the pin code and address which I have given related to my Amazon order is not matched with their details.
This is a very disheartening situation for me because I am unable to raise a refund request or and seller is not active or replying anywhere, hence request immediate help to initiate the refund amount.
My money is now stuck because Amazon is not allowing to request refund option, please refer to attached screenshot
