Amazon India — Amount debited twice-via pay on delivery and card payment via SMS link but still did not get my money back. | |
For order Id[protected], dated 02.07.2021 amount was debited twice via pay on delivery and card payment via SMS link. I have complained it with bank and as per acquiring bank payment was successful. Then contacted customer care and I have been misleaded several times with false statements, again I have mailed [protected]@amazon.in and I got no response, and finally mailed as per their escalation matrix to [protected]@amazonpay.in, [protected]@amazonpay.in, [protected]@amzompay.in, all in vain and got no response. I still couldn't come with the terms amazon could be so unprofessional and can behave like a cheap company whose foundation is based on heist of people's Money. And I think people should be aware of the such incidents. Highly disappointed and I feel like cheated. Was this information helpful? | |
