Amazon India — amount deducted twice & product received two, due to jio internet failure | |||
Dear madam/ sir, I had ordered one bosch aquatak125 1500-watt high pressure pump. While making payment I had swiped my debit card but i received a meesage from amazon that there was a payment failure. Than again i swept my Card & the payment was made good. A message was received by me about this, my account was debited by rs 9999/ & Balance was reported by my bank after deduction of rs 9999/. Today when i received two parcel of bosch aquatak125 1500-watt, which i accepted, Than i saw my statement that deductions were made twice in this matter, & one payment be returned. (Rs 9999/=). I have applied for returned of one parcel today itself. Another issue is that i had to open both The parcel, as the 1st parcel had been received with little bit damage (Near water gun placement) aplastic edge has been Broken. I have jio internet which is not working, many a times it is unpredictable, that work on internet Will be successful in our area.
