Amazon India — amount deduction | |||||
A very bad experience from amazon prime worth to be shared. They debited my account for no reason without my consent and when i tried chasing them for same reason they were unable to get me through resolution. And asked me that they will credit the amount to my amazon account not the bank account through which they deducted the amount. They say it was some technical glitche due to which this happend. After chasing them for few days i ended up with no final resolution. And they are okay with me sharing this on social media. Amazon prime video india amazon.com amazon india amazon web services Also when i had been on call with one of their senior executive, she kept me on hold for long time and finally disconnected my call without my concern. This is not the service to be accepted. And when i called them back the next executive was ok with me to take this issue on social media and didn't bother to solve my concern rather.
