Amazon India — amount not credit to my bank ac

I apid for ipad 9.7 128Gb and two more items amount 35256 on date12/02/2019
Amazon not confirmed my purchase and after one daybthey cancelled my items. And i got a refund massage but amount not cradit to my bank account uptill now. Please help me. This is the massage from amazon ( Refund success on MasterCard card (ending with 5828): 35256.0 INR. Please contact us for details at http://amazon.in/help)
