Amazon India And Bank Of India — Money isn't refunded of a failed transaction | |||
Hello Sir, I am CHINMAY SEN. I am a customer of Bank of India, Falakata Branch, West Bengal. My savings A/C number is- [protected]. I was going to purchase some items from amazon.in on 04/12/2015 amounting ₹1826. When making the payment the process was declined from amazon.in but my money was debited from my bank account. When I called the customer service of amazon.in they told me that, the money could not reach to them and may be the money was struck to the payment gateway of Bank of India and they advice me to contract to the customer service of Bank of India. When I called the customer service of Bank of India they give me the email id (ho.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in) and advised me to report my problem in details. But after repeated attempt there are no one to solve my problem. So Sir, I request you to kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
