It's been more than a week now I haven't received the order(Apple Watch) which has to be delivered on 18th June'22
We have called multiple times every single day to get an update and they have lied to us that "Please wait till the end of the day, it will be delivered by 9pm" and we haven't received any call/message from the courier team or the product.
Customer support team informed us that they have send email to the logistic team and escalated. However there is no resolution for this. The logistic team is having Operational problem and that's the reason there is delay. But HOW LONG?????
Is it some kind of joke going on? They are fooling around and not taking any responsibility to fix this. I WANT MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED BY TUESDAY. AM NOT GOING TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK TO GET IT. It pathetic service they are providing. Was this information helpful? |
