My Order no[protected] Aquaguard Designo NXT 9-Stage Under The Counter Water Purifier | Active Copper+RO+UV Tech |7L Storage | Inbuilt Pressure Pump | Suitable for Tanker, Borewell & Municipal Water.
This product was faulty and I sent a video of the product not functioning. At first they told me to contact Eureka Forbes and Eureka Forbes told me to contact seller. Then Amazon created a return pick up which failed 4 times where the pick-up person never showed up at my door nor called me but always reported that the product pick up rejected. I have been waiting with the product packed and ready but the person never shows up or picks up the product. I was assured by the leadership team that I will be issued a refund after 3rd failed pick up but now they refuse to refund the amount which is 26999/-

Amazon customer service from leadership team is rude and does not listen to the customer. They keep repeating that investigation has been done and refund cannot be issued. This is being done on purpose so that they can dodge the refund. They keep talking about the investigation which is a one-sided report and refuse to listen to me.

How can 4 Pick up attempts fail. Is this not sussy? I need my refund.

Amazon refunded my money after posting on platform X tagging them. The issue was escalated and they picked up the product finally on 28th. Got a mail from Amazon that return was complete on 31st of July. And refund also credited.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

The product is under warranty and yet all this is happening. It's not even 2 months since I bought this product.

Finally, after posting on X, action was taken and the leadership team finally yielded and issued me an advance refund after 4 failed pick-ups. It was obvious that Amazon didn't want to issue a refund and was just postponing by rescheduling pick-ups which was just for my solace. It has never happened that the pick-up person has come and never called. 4 pick-ups rejected without a reason and customer care kept saying, they can't help me and were very rude, even disconnected the calls without a solution while I was on call. And this was the leadership team who couldn't even speak proper English. their names were Pavani, other one Maya. But each and every one kept giving me the same excuse saying they couldn't help me until return pick-up is done whereas I was promised a refund after 3rd failed pick-up.
But finally, the refund was issued after posting on X and this platform and a pick-up was again scheduled for 28th of July. The pick-up person finally showed up on 28th and called me, checked the product and took it.

When I asked him why he hadn't showed up all these days HE ANSWERED THAT HE GOT THE MESSAGE FOR PICK UP ONLY ON THAT DAY. Isn't this ridiculous.

I am a PRIME CUSTOMER of AMAZON and this is the treatment we get. And that too after proving that the product was faulty, under warranty, within 2 months of purchase and after 2 days of installation. The amount of mental stress Amazon has caused me is unexplainable. This mental stress has been going on for a month. Amazon customer service is very poor and deteriorating day by day.
