This product was faulty and I sent a video of the product not functioning. At first they told me to contact Eureka Forbes and Eureka Forbes told me to contact seller. Then Amazon created a return pick up which failed 4 times where the pick-up person never showed up at my door nor called me but always reported that the product pick up rejected. I have been waiting with the product packed and ready but the person never shows up or picks up the product. I was assured by the leadership team that I will be issued a refund after 3rd failed pick up but now they refuse to refund the amount which is 26999/-
Amazon customer service from leadership team is rude and does not listen to the customer. They keep repeating that investigation has been done and refund cannot be issued. This is being done on purpose so that they can dodge the refund. They keep talking about the investigation which is a one-sided report and refuse to listen to me.
