I have generated a return for Order No.[protected]
The return was automatically cancelled by delivery person without anyy contact and intimation. Now the app doesn't show the option to generate pick up again.
No easy option to reach out to amazon customer care and even when you reach out somehow there is no action taken by amazon which claims to be customer centric but in reality is more customer harrassment....

I purchased a product on Amazon India and has cashback of Rs. 300 and after calling couple of times amazon, they opened a ticket# V[protected] for cash back issue on 14/7/2023.
I followed up with amazon for update on above ticket number and did not get any reply to emails.
