Product undelivered but showing delivered on app. Customer service says cannot do anything about it.

I ordered 1 no of Miraan printed cotton salwar suit on Amazon app. It's showing delivered on 3rd July in the app. It was a prepaid order. My family was out of station due to a medical emergency and when we returned, we confirmed with all neighbours and security but the package was nowhere to be found. It is undelivered. I contacted Amazon customer service today and they said that the return period of the product is over so they cannot escalate...

Empty box delivered from Amzaon

Dear Consumer Service,
I have ordered DLEST Stainless Steel from Amzaon and got delivered on 4th July'2025. Order Ref Order #[protected]
To my surprise, the box was empty and by the time i tried to call delivery person, he was gone.

Useless Product delivered related

Useless product delivered by Amazon to me at home. I complaint of the same product many times through mails to Amazon but not accepting the product issue and not refund of the debited money to me. Refund Not Received from Amazon After Product Return 898

I have a 1-year Prime subscription in which all Prime videos were ad-free. Since the past few weeks, I have observed ads showing up on all video content.. I have received a damaged product under Order ID[protected] and immediately placed request for replcement.

A Delivery Boy named Naveen kumar (as Truecaller) having mob. no.[protected] called on 30th June, 2025 and mentioned that he came for replacement but he was not coming to home to complete the transaction rather was calling the family members to come on to the road near our resident to complete the trsanction.

Such behaviour of Delivery Boy is not acceptable by a regular customer like us. Hence request you to take serious note of this and take appropriate action to complete the return/replacement of the damaged product for which we have raised request.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
