Multiple pickups failed (delivery boy didn't show up) .
I have to follow up multiple times and every time it has been a passive response from Amazon customer response. I request for monetary compensation for the continuous harassment....

I had purchased Epson printer ink on 14 november which was delievered to me on 21 nov.
When I received the package I checked expirt date on carton box of refill that mentioned expiry year 2026 so I assumed it is ok.
On 30th nov when i opened carton box to refill my printer, the bottles inside carton box had expiry date of year 2022 and sep 2023.
These ink cannot be used now.
I tried conveing all incident to amazon...

Estimated Refund was 25th Nov, still haven't recevied today on 30th Nov. Chagred a dispute and Talked to bank, they told that they a number which they can refer to, not amazon RRN number.
