Total 4 items in 3 orders. They sent only one item different from the order in the package and invoiced for 4 items. I returned with refund, but they send it again as replacement. I opened the package in front of the delivery agent and saw only one item when the invoice is for 4 items. I am not able to make the complaint in Amazon as they don't have the option for such complaints.

      Amazon India — Refund not credited to my bank account, RRN 20220415

      My refund was initiated on 13th April 2022 from Amazon of Rs. 5745.00 but i have not received my refund yet and i have called Amazon also for this and they have given me the (RRN) refund reference number to track the refund[protected] and then i have called my bank that is ICICI bank and they have told me that we are not able to track your refund with this RRN please call amazon for this.

      Sir, I cancelled my order on Amazon of rs 599
      On 8 April and the refund is not yet credited. I asked the amazon team and they told me they have initiated refund from their side and gave me refund reference number and asked me to call my bank regarding the same but the bank told me that RRN is of no use and they can't help me.       I bought a samsung tab s7+ labeled as new by amazon. 4 Days after the last return date, it started acting faulty. So, I went to service center for repair. They mentioned that the device was old and was used well before it was invoiced.

        They deliver always deliver less item than the order and say that the product is sold out so they would be refund the amount but they very rarely do that.
        we have to fight it out with their customer care.
        sometimes they respond properly but most of the times they are rude and do not give the refund.
        moreover they do not have customer care telephoe no. or email.
        we are solely depended on their call back facility,...

          Ref id was already attached and amount deducted from my icici account on 9/4/22 but its showing in my statement on 11/04/22. But the mr mukesh the Person who supposed to received the amount he claiming to me that i have not received the amount.

          But as per statement its showing the amount was credited to his union bank .

          Amazon India — Amount not credited into beneficiary neither in my account

          I have paid to the Merchant of Rs.900/- to Mukesh rai through (Amazon Pay) bhim app but after waiting for more than 72 hrs the amount was not credited to the beneficiary account and i have to pay it again through Cash payment.           Was promised delivery on 17th April 2022 of an order placed on 16th April 2022 u der Amazon prime free delivery. The delivery agent assigned to me refused to pick up my calls and kept cutting it. Wasn't delivered till 18th april. When I contacted the agent, he said to wait till 21st April when the policy clearly states one day delivery. He also told me I will not be compensated for my time and energy.           I ordered 3 items from Amazon on 12th August 2021 due to some delivery address issue they asked to cancle the order and reorder the products . I prepaid 9497/- for the items so Amazon said they will refund my money to my account and provided me with RRN number for 3 of the products on 18th August 2021 . I was suppose to get the amount on my account by 3 -4 working days according to the Amazon customer service said but it didn't reach my account...
