I ordered a Laptop through Amazon using EMI option with CITI Bank Credit card and paid 32506.4 rs but Amazon did not delivered the product and refunded the amount 32506.4 rs back to my CITI Bank account. And as per Amazon the EMI should be auto closed in this case but CITI bank is not closing the EMI and asking me to pay 30000 rs extra to force close the EMI.
Amazon is directly saying that the amount has been refunded from our end...

I have the ordered the new mobile in exchange of old phone. But due to technical glitch by Amazon during verification they are not delivering my order.it is the mistake by amazon.i have lost many offers from other apps

    ORDER #[protected] was retuned and Pickup Tracking ID:[protected]. It was picked up by the Amazon agent which was updated in their system. Then there was no update. After a month I contacted customer care. They said I have sent the wrong item and accused me of counterfeit return and denied refund.     I joined in Amazon part time job on 10-09-22. At first guide me well, but in withdrawal information wrongly input by me. It is my mistake. But lifting wind control they asked me 15% of my mall account [protected] eranings. But I can not done wellness because I am already recharged nearly totally 9 lakhs in Indian currency.     I have placed an order for mattress via amozon order no[protected] on 29 sep 2022 and get the dilvery window of 04 Oct to 11 Oct 22 and on amozon it showing your courier is picked up by logistics partner on 06 Oct 22. I tried to reach to wakefit and amozon both customer care but no one able to provide me the logistics partner details and asuured me to get on time dilvery. It is total fake and even on 21 Oct 22 I can't get my order....

    I purchase nivya body product from amazone and I paid by net banking.product not relived to me .so I requested for refund .amazone said refund initiated and will be credited on your account 3 to 5 days.but after 10 days amount is not showing on my bank account....

    I ordered HP laptop, received faulty product. Requested for replacement on 11 October 2022. But the replacement process stated on 13 October continued updated replacement order arriving by 9pm until 16 October 2022 Amazon updates if not arrived today evening next day it shall be refunded. on 17th October requested for refund process, till today i.e 21 October no agent has come to pick up the laptop.     I've ordered a daikin 1 ton AC on 22nd Sep at Rs 43526(net. After deducting 4322 IBD and 150 promo) and amazon delivered me a wrong model, I complaint about it in Amazon but still no action has been taken. The Amazon executive told me to reorder the same product again but as the price was increased to 57, 111 Rs he promised me to give a price difference of 9112 Rs and IBD of 4332 Rs both (email attached) so as to match the initial order price...
