Amazon India — As no response for return or replace and refund amount of 5600

As I have ordered a new puma shoe from amazon where the shoes where in small in size so I kept for replace as the agent arrived to pick the item at night 11clock does it makes any sense to delivery any item at that time so I have requested him to come tomorrow but no one came to pickup after that i have tried calling to customer seevice regarding it they are not providing the correct information about and they just told we have accepted the request but know one are coming to pickup the item as it cost of 5600rupees it has been wasted so I could like to take a serious action on this concern please make needful If any information required please let me know for evidences.
