Amazon India — asian shoes return but refund not deposited in my accounts.

I purchase one pair asian shoes to amazon. But shoes is not comfortable, so i return original asian shoes to amazon agent. Amazon agent picked up successfully asian shoes 15 feb. 2018. Amazon company sent sms message - picked up successfully original asian shoes pairs. But amazon no refund amount deposit in my amazon account within 5 days. We chat to customer care agent, he send message we received the incorrect item, when we receive your original item then we refunded amount.
But i refund original asian shoes to amazon agent. Please resolve the my problem and deposit my refund amount in my account immediately.

I purchased infocus version 3 mobile in am oz on and got delivered on 19th jan.. Mobile phone speaker is not working now. My order is also not listed in my order section.. Please I need refund or exchange..
