I had ordered online from amazon oppo original earphone which does not work well...in the earphone is the default... I want you to take it back... Plz

Oppo earphone's volume automatically gets high sound and sometimes the headset is not connected, and my phone is of oppo.

So please take back earphone and give me another one.

      I have ordered a room cooler from Amazon. The product delivery was showing available on my pin code and my office where product to be delivered is situated in the heart of the city. From 9th to 14th every day I will get message saying its out for delivery from the near by city & evening they will change the status saying cant be delivered due to external factors. So, I complained to Amazon customer care about the same & they assured the delivery by 14th of February. That day evening I got the call from the courier office which is situated in another city 30Km away from our city. They said me that they will deliver the product by tomorrow as the product is big, they don't have vehicle to transport the same. But to my surprise, they changed the order status to 'delivered' on that day itself. After waiting for two more days, I called the courier office from where I got the call, they were telling that they will take further two more days to deliver the product. They were telling that they should have returned the product as it is big. They were talking like doing a favour to me at free of cost.

      If Amazon don't have proper channel to deliver the product, why they are showing the product is available at this place?

      My money is blocked idle & product is lying in a near by city for past one week. When I can receive the product?

      If they can't deliver the product, please refund my money along with monetary compensation for the difficulties caused to me.'

      Please ask Amazon to inform their courier partner ' Amazon Transportation Services ' that we are their customers and we are paying for your services. They are not doing a favour to us and its their duty.

        I have ordered a gift from amazon. It was expected to be delivered on 12th feb. It was a holiday in my office on 12th fad so i could not get the order on that date. As it was a gift order so i could not cancel it. This is a really irresponsible attitude of amazon delivery service. It was told to me that i will get my parcel on 13th but i haven't got it till now.

          Dear sirs,

          Refer to the order no[protected] placed for maniram khakhra daadima combo offer on 10.2.18. The product has been supplied today i. E 15.2.18, but on checking it is found that the product supplied does not match the product offered on your site.

          1. The offer was for 34 packs in five flavour (4 packs of ginger garlic corriander, 4 pack of fenugreeek, 10 pack of spicy, 8 pack of spicy fenugreek & 8 pack of cumin khakhras) but the supplided product contains (8 pack of chocolate, 6pack of vanila, 1 pack of garlic bread, 5 pack of lemon & spicy, 6 pack of black peeper spicy & 8 pack of spicy fenugreek spicy khakhras). It was really shocking.

          2. The weight of each pack mentioned on site was 45gm (Total weight 1.5 kg), whereas the weight of the supplied pack is only 37.59gm with total weight of 1.28kg.

          The product is nonreturnable

          It is a clear cheating by the seller and was never expected from a trusted brand like amazon.

          I am a regular online purchaser from your site and have to think twice before making any purchase.

          I request you to look into the matter. This product is not at all accepted.

          Kindly arrange return back and a refund the value back into my amazon pay balance at the earliest.

              The product ibought recently was showing three items when i purchased it but on delivery i recieved only two. The product included salwarkurta but the dupatta was missing. When we got the product it was fully packed but the items were only two. Though at the time of purchase and even in the price card it was fully mentioned that the contents were three.

                This is regarding my order red tape men`s running shoe (RSC0468) ordered on 31st jan and picked up for return on 3rd feb.
                Since then i have not recieved any refund in my pay balance account. The customer care excecutive said that its STILL IN TRANSIT.??
                ITs a SHAME for AMAZON co. which has earlier delivered shoes of wrong size and now the product is not able to reach UTTAR PRADESH FROM RAJ in 12DAYS??

                AS per your policy which was told that if the refund has not been processed even after 10days of pick up, the amazon will initiate the refund itself.
                IMAGES of order and pick up have been attached below.
                VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, EVEN BEING A PRIME CUSTOMER.

                        Pl look very soon as i gave additional charges for soon delivery but product was not delivered within time frame. Product delivery date was 13feb then i raised the complaint and one of contact center guy promise to me for 14feb delivery but we won't get any single call recevied. Today is 15feb waiting for solutions.

                          Very very bad response frm your team. Called your team 4 times now. But you people are failed to serve me on time.
                          I feel regret to got your premium membership. I also add 55 thousand rupees. But now i have to cancel that stuff due to very very unprofessional behaviour from amazon team.                             I ordered on 7/2/2/18 n the order no. Is[protected]. And the delivery date was 13 feb. It's not delivered tried contacting seller as well as customer service but no one has any idea. However i paid the amount in advance. Since no resolution was given after several contact so i am filing a complaint to consumer court also and i need the compansation for that.

                              I ordered a boat rockerz 510 wireless headphones on 10th feb 2018 for 1000rs as it was shown on the amazon website, but the product which i received was totally different, it was so cheap headphone no one will buy it even for 10rs. I have tried amazon customer service but they always say that their tracking system is not been updated.
                              This issue must be resolved as soon as possible because since i am not getting any reply from amazon

                                My order number #[protected] has been cancelled from amazon,, and the reason behind it was incorrect price updation.
                                It may can be happen... But this circumstances has been occured many a times,,, once we have successfully ordered the product, then we must surely get that... Whatever the reason may be...
                                I don't know whether my complaint is legitimate or not... But this cancellations are not good.
                                Many products got cancelled from amazon...

                                  I had ordered a book on amazon.in and before i get the product in my hands they had sent me a message that "your product has been delivered". But still, i didn't receive the book, even though i had lodged a complaint with the customer care. I had included all the possible details regarding my order. Also, one important thing is that when i called the delivery guy, he went on rejecting my calls.

                                    I had ordered a usb type-c charging cable on 6 feb 2018.
                                    It was an amazon basics product, shipped from haryana through amazon transportation services (Ats). So from the manufacturing to delivery, it's all amazon throughout.
                                    It was shipped on 7 feb 2018 via ats. It reached bangalore on 10 feb 2018. However, there was no update after 10 feb to track the package.
                                    It was supposed to be delivered at the pick up location on 12 feb 2018, but wasn't.
                                    I had to chase them a lot to have it delivered on 13 feb 2018.
                                    None of the amazon agents with whom i chatted could track where the package was until 13 feb.
                                    And the compensation offers which i received were needless to say, irritating.
                                    Having not spoken to people at home because of the non availability of the cable (And hence no charge in my mobile), it was a mental agony for me and the people who were trying to reach me.
                                    I would like to be compensated with amazon pay balance of rs. 5000.
                                    It was such an awful experience

                                      Want to return google pixel xl mobile which got as a gift, but for me money is more needed than a luxurious costly mobile. I want my money back. Tried so many times for this, but customer executive simply says no. I have not even opened the seal of mobile. I want my own money back. No other online shopping sites cheat and loot our money like amazon. Whatever we purchase it's so easy in other sites to return with a single click which is not at all possible in amazon. Ban amazon in india.

                                        I'm writing this to raise a concern regarding the payment we made on 21st jan 2018 to amazon. We purchased a refrigerator from amazon india and while purchasing it our payment got deducted twice but the order has placed only once. We logged a complaint against this issue to bank as well as amazon but they are unable to figure out which transaction was failed and where the payment went actually. Generally when payment gets deducted unnecessary it gets refunded with in 5-7 working days but we didn't receive it so far. So we need your help to resolve this issue and let us know of any further details.
