This is regarding my order red tape men`s running shoe (RSC0468) ordered on 31st jan and picked up for return on 3rd feb.
Since then i have not recieved any refund in my pay balance account. The customer care excecutive said that its STILL IN TRANSIT.??
ITs a SHAME for AMAZON co. which has earlier delivered shoes of wrong size and now the product is not able to reach UTTAR PRADESH FROM RAJ in 12DAYS??

AS per your policy which was told that if the refund has not been processed even after 10days of pick up, the amazon will initiate the refund itself.
IMAGES of order and pick up have been attached below.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED, EVEN BEING A PRIME CUSTOMER.

          Pl look very soon as i gave additional charges for soon delivery but product was not delivered within time frame. Product delivery date was 13feb then i raised the complaint and one of contact center guy promise to me for 14feb delivery but we won't get any single call recevied. Today is 15feb waiting for solutions.

            Very very bad response frm your team. Called your team 4 times now. But you people are failed to serve me on time.
            I feel regret to got your premium membership. I also add 55 thousand rupees. But now i have to cancel that stuff due to very very unprofessional behaviour from amazon team. And i also putting question mark on amazon team now for there primeul gautam membership and definately go to the consmer court for your all false promises

              I ordered on 7/2/2/18 n the order no. Is[protected]. And the delivery date was 13 feb. It's not delivered tried contacting seller as well as customer service but no one has any idea. However i paid the amount in advance. Since no resolution was given after several contact so i am filing a complaint to consumer court also and i need the compansation for that.

                I ordered a boat rockerz 510 wireless headphones on 10th feb 2018 for 1000rs as it was shown on the amazon website, but the product which i received was totally different, it was so cheap headphone no one will buy it even for 10rs. I have tried amazon customer service but they always say that their tracking system is not been updated.
                This issue must be resolved as soon as possible because since i am not getting any reply from amazon

                  My order number #[protected] has been cancelled from amazon,, and the reason behind it was incorrect price updation.
                  It may can be happen... But this circumstances has been occured many a times,,, once we have successfully ordered the product, then we must surely get that... Whatever the reason may be...
                  I don't know whether my complaint is legitimate or not... But this cancellations are not good.
                  Many products got cancelled from amazon...

                    I had ordered a book on amazon.in and before i get the product in my hands they had sent me a message that "your product has been delivered". But still, i didn't receive the book, even though i had lodged a complaint with the customer care. I had included all the possible details regarding my order. Also, one important thing is that when i called the delivery guy, he went on rejecting my calls.

                      I had ordered a usb type-c charging cable on 6 feb 2018.
                      It was an amazon basics product, shipped from haryana through amazon transportation services (Ats). So from the manufacturing to delivery, it's all amazon throughout.
                      It was shipped on 7 feb 2018 via ats. It reached bangalore on 10 feb 2018. However, there was no update after 10 feb to track the package.
                      It was supposed to be delivered at the pick up location on 12 feb 2018, but wasn't.
                      I had to chase them a lot to have it delivered on 13 feb 2018.
                      None of the amazon agents with whom i chatted could track where the package was until 13 feb.
                      And the compensation offers which i received were needless to say, irritating.
                      Having not spoken to people at home because of the non availability of the cable (And hence no charge in my mobile), it was a mental agony for me and the people who were trying to reach me.
                      I would like to be compensated with amazon pay balance of rs. 5000.
                      It was such an awful experience

                        Want to return google pixel xl mobile which got as a gift, but for me money is more needed than a luxurious costly mobile. I want my money back. Tried so many times for this, but customer executive simply says no. I have not even opened the seal of mobile. I want my own money back. No other online shopping sites cheat and loot our money like amazon. Whatever we purchase it's so easy in other sites to return with a single click which is not at all possible in amazon. Ban amazon in india.

                          I'm writing this to raise a concern regarding the payment we made on 21st jan 2018 to amazon. We purchased a refrigerator from amazon india and while purchasing it our payment got deducted twice but the order has placed only once. We logged a complaint against this issue to bank as well as amazon but they are unable to figure out which transaction was failed and where the payment went actually. Generally when payment gets deducted unnecessary it gets refunded with in 5-7 working days but we didn't receive it so far. So we need your help to resolve this issue and let us know of any further details.

                            I had ordered a dress from amazon.in but the dress is too large for me.. So i have requested a return for the same but amazon does not have return pickup facility for that product.. Then they advise me to self return the product to vendor. I had shared all the tracking details and its showing as delivered and also share the pod for that product... Every week i coordinate with amazon but they did not initiate my refund.. 6 months passed now..& no person has been contacted me yet. The cost of the product is rs 29990 and still not received my refund. Please help me.

                              I keep ordering at amazon often but i always face issue during delivery as most of the time i do online payment. Many a times i have got wrong products as well.

                              But today i am very much irritated with the delivery boy, i kept promising to delivery the product being in same area as i am, but on constant me calling him he dragged it for whole day but he kept lying.
                              I left my work and waited for his delivery.

                              I picked up is calls and called him back as well but he has lied on the call.

                              This keeps repeating at amazon often please do trainer for your sales people on how to communicate, he says just for your product i cant come to your area, like really? We order online so that it gets delivered at home.

                              Poor service and poor sales person behaviour

                                Sir, i have purchased a product through Amazon and I have enquired about status of product.They have made promise for delivery of product but now they cancelled the product. What can I do now?
                                II am not geting correct product order Memeorycard 32 & 16 Samsung rs 600 but they send only sandisck cardreader only order number[protected]
                                Charge made on 2-4-18 for $18.11 defined as "entertainment." I do not recall making the charge and/or what it was for specifically.

                                    I bought vivir chopper few month ago, but the product is not worthy so i returned it and successfully got money refund on amazon pay balance.. I did not use yet my amazon pay balance today i tried to buy something in the process of payment i wanted to use my amazon pay balance money but that is shown only three rs why is this?                                     I have one more issue why my money was showing as amazon gift card voucher as it was not because that money is my refunded money of my returned product.. I want my money back otherwise i will complain for this in consumer forum...
                                    I have purchased mobile phone end of Sep '17. Amazon assures that 10% cashback will be given by 24th Dec'17. But still not received.
                                    Kindly provide the cashback.

                                      Recently i orderd nearly 10 itmes from amazon after few days they are cancelling orders and saying it was price error this is not 1st time facing from so many days they getting views and getting money for instant use by updating this type of fake deals after their use over saying it was price error and returning our money flipkart is 1000 times better than amazon very rarely flipkart post the price error deals after the cancellation by flipkart they giving some compensation for our satisfaction. Amazon is wasting our time buy posting this type of deals wasting our time take action against this

                                        I had such a bad experience with amazon that i had almost got into a fight with the courier guy as he was very abusive and threatened me to come and collect his product from the post office. Plus i will say amazon customer service is not at all good as they process a refund and return their product to the seller without even customer requesting for a refund. Seriously do think 100 times b4 booking free shipping service. Bad bad very bad
