[Resolved]  Amazon India — auto-cancelled my order after payment but before dispatch, no refund till now

I placed order for some gift items and chocolates, but when i paid for the same, after sometime i got a msg that your order has been cancelled and amount is refunded. But i have not got the refund till now. Also, how can they auto-cancel, also its not showing up cancelled orders in my orders section, helpline support facility is useless, how can i select for refund status option when cancelled orders are not showing up in the list. Such an irresponsible behavior!!!
