It is really convenient for us to shop online, when in comparison to go to the market and buy product.
Online shopping has made our lives very easy and convenient. It saves us lot of time. This has been my belief since 2015, when i decide to get associated to amazon.in. Till 03rd october 2019. Since then my entire perception has begun to change. I never opted any other online shopping websites, always been a dedicated and loyal customer to amazon.in and the reward for that is commendable.
On the 3rd oct’19, i ordered a future nonstick cookware – 7 piece, the packet got delivered, i believe i took the delivery and when my wife opened the carton, to our surprise or shock, i have no idea what should i say here, we found a baby diaper packet for pampers, we immediately raised a return request.
We understand sometimes it happens due to any confusion, however amazon is a big company and considering the credibility you people hold in the market this shouldn’t happen. The only reason we initiated a refund, because, fewdays prior to that, my wife monica dutta ordered a belt for me on my birthday. Guess what!! When the package was delivered, my mom took the delivery, she had no idea what was the ordered product and what is delivered. When we check, it was a shock to us. Instead of belt worth 1200 rupees, the item was a 6 inches plastic scale for kids. We raised a return and the item was picked and after couple of days, the item was delivered and this time, (Adding to the frustration) it was an erazor. We got so pissed, we cancelled the order and got a refund. Now, when we already had such bad experience with deliver of item with amazon, on 26th sep’19, it was not even a week later, we again got cheated by amazon. We raised a return, somebody came to pick the item, and after seeing the item, and when it does not match with the order summary, the executive who cameto pick the product, called somebody in amazon customer service and then said, they cannot pick it, as they are unable tp fetch information at that moment, so will come back after 30 minutes and pick the item. No-one came.
Again we called amazon and raised the query and they sent somebody else after 3-4 days, and the person who came this time, also said, he need to check the invoice, and i said this is exactly the package has come, in a sealed carton box, there were lot of hard –paper packed around pamper’s package, and the package was slightly teared open. He then again called amazon and said he will pick it up ion sometime, i was such a fool fell for fake commitment. He also never came. Next day i called and spoke to some girl – ms sushmita and she escalated the case and connected me to a gentleman named “jai”. He said he will have the package pickedup on the 13th by any mean and if the package is not picked, the refund will be processed. We waited till 13th oct’19 and and amazon was so consistent in their way of handling customers, by making them feel, online shopping is a big mistake and customer has no value and they can be treated anyway you like!! On the 14th oct’19 my wife called and spoke to ms daakshayani and these representatives are so good for nothing they don’t even try to listen and understand what a customer is speaking about. They just have to follow the verbiage “ i apologize for what has happened and i understand” we have been calling amazon and wasting our time speaking to these representatives or supervisors (If they really are). Daakshayani transferred the call to bunty a escalation desk supervisor, after a long heated conversation with my wife, he said he will arrange the pickup at any cost before 1 pm 14th oct. Nobody came!! Wow, didn’t know, amazon could be so consistent in customer dsat. I called amazon and spoke to somebody in escalation desk and they said by 4 pm somebody will come. Yes finally somebody came and i just couldn’t believe, again the representative said, its not in his purview to take care of this, his senior will come and pick the itemby evening. No body came!!
This had become an harassment, look at our transaction history, so far 2019, i have ordered more than 100 items and this is what you guys are treating us. You guys have such a pathetic customer service executives who lacks knowledge of how they have to handle situations like this. With more than 10 calls to the customer service, all i have got is, lot of fake commitments, humiliation, frustration and highest level of dsat.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Amazon delivery boy asked me for self pick up and I said no...so that boy mentioned that customer rejected the product...
Because of the Amazon I lost my valuable time...
Can Amazon get my time back?
