Amazon India — Automated cancelling of purchased item and no refund | |||
Extremely frustrated with the amazon refund. I placed an order for a mobile on Jan 10 2017. Inspite of repeated error finally I managed to pay for the item and then I got an email from Amazon.in that my purchase has been cancelled and my refund request have been made. The thing is they have some automated cancelling thing since I tried more than 2 times to pay for an Item. End of story is that Till now (06March 2017) I didnt get my refund, when I ask the bank they are blaming Amazon and Amazon is telling its the problem with the bank. I didnt get the item purchased, I didnt get my money back too... that too almost 60days... !!! Stupid customer care is always making False promises. I need my money back. or give me the mobile I tried to purchase. this is horrible. Was this information helpful? | |||

I've got a call from [protected] For Refund of my money ₹4450, they ask for ma amazon account email id and password, and changed my log in id. Now i cant open my id its a fraud
