Order id[protected] booked on 11.05.2017 Tracking id[protected] Awful experience with amazon.. Your delivery team here at guntur, a. P is pathetic and unprofessional.. They didn't even bother to come to my address to deliver the package and instead my package was returned on 20.05.2017, even though i paid the amount for the item while booking the product.. I had problems with my phone, so i contacted the delivery agent 5-6 times to call me at an alternate no.. I didn't get the package neither any calls at the alternate no.. I also informed your helpline no./customer care on 19.05.2017 to update my phone no. And to inform the delivery team but that didn't help my cause although i was assured by the executive that the delivery team has been informed and i will get the package within 24hrs-48hrs... I am very disappointed with such a poor coordination between customer care support and delivery agents on field.. Least expected from a brand like amazon. I would request the top management to look into the matter and take strict action against the neglectful staff and also deliver me the same package at the same price at the earliest.
