I have ordered a Helmet with Order Id:[protected] &[protected] on 9th-Oct-2023 and 10th Oct respectively which was delivered on 10th & 11th.
Since the product size was different I have requested for return and the return was picked up on 11th Oct & 12th Oct respectively.
After that there is no update in the app and no one from customer service is ging any satisfactory response. They are simply saying that the product has not reached to the seller yet.
I just want to say that I have paid to Amazon and there is no communication happend betwwn me and seller then why I sholud wait till the product reach seller??
Amazon is not updating the return transit details also which can help to understand where is the material now.
Now my 4395+4395 = 8790/- has got stuck wiith Amazon and they are simply saying that it will take 15-20 days to retuen.
Since I have paid to Amazon i need my money to be refunded by today and its Amazon's responsibility to settle the amount with their seller.
