Amazon shipment

The item which has been delivered from amazon shipment was not ordered by my brother jahangir sharief.
I want to return those items.
And the items sent to us was used and not good thing.
Please kindly help on his matter.
I have attached the photo of the parcel which is delivered yesterday.
Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible and find the attachment.

    I have ordered a egg boiler electronic appliance from Amazon and the product was defected i have done the exchange but its been a month i have not received a product.
    After calling to amazon call center they have directly denied saying exchange will not be done only refund can be done.
    However they were reacting like whatever you wanted to do you can do we are not going to refund any money to you.

      I had ordered 2 kitchen sinks from which they sent only one and took the money for 2. I have already requested to return the product and I have asked for the cashback. But no amazon person has come to pickup the product yet. I have requested few times, but no response yet.

      The product was cancelled on 4th June and it was suppose to be pickup by amazon on 5th June.

        I ordered a speaker on[protected] via order #[protected] and paid Rs 4960.90 through amazon pay balance but I got it on[protected] in damaged condition (See attached pictures of Damaged speaker). So, I requested a return of this product citing the reason “Product damaged, but shipping box is OK" and uploaded pictures of the damaged parts of the speaker. I was then asked to connect to customer care over a call and I told the CC executive that I had received a damaged product and there was no other accessory (like cable and wireless mic etc.) in the box. The customer care executive told me to wait for 3 days to investigate the issue. I waited and contacted Amazon CC on[protected], they informed me that my return request has been rejected by Amazon (without any reason). Hearing this, my senses were blown away. They said that they sent the intact product and refused to take the return of the delivered product, while I have shared the images of the damaged parts of the delivered product and I have the courier unboxing video which proves that the damaged item has been delivered to me. All the evidence shared by me was ignored by the so-called concerned investigation team. You can check the outer box images of the delivered product which is clear proof that it is very old and was returned multiple times by other customers. I don't know why Amazon customer care ignored photo proofs which are clear evidence of my claim. This is completely illegal & prejudice decision by Amazon investigation team and a violation of my consumer rights. How can Amazon force a customer to keep a damaged product which is not in working condition? I don't want to keep a non-working damaged speaker and want to return it. My hard-earned money is involved in this case and I cannot let it go like this. Forcing a customer to keep a defective/damaged product is against the Consumer Protection Act 2019 as well as against the Amazon return policy. I am facing mental anguish due to rude behaviour of Amazon customer care and leadership teams, yesterday my blood pressure increased due to obstinate responses from Amazon customer care staff and I needed to visit the medical inspection room of my office Where my ECG was done and the doctor referred me to a higher CGHS hospital for further review. I am facing mental agony in the last 4-5 days. Amazon CC team is not following Amazon's own return policy, my product has a return window till[protected], so why they are not accepting return of damaged/non-working product? I have sent several emails to Mr. Amit Agarwal, Head of Amazon India ([protected]@amazon.com) and all possible complaint channels of Amazon India ([protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in). Also sent an email complaint to Amazon owner Mr. Jeff Bezos ([protected]@amazon.com), but no response from them yet. I humbly request you to kindly help me in this matter, so that e-com site Amazon India will accept the return of the damaged product and refund my money to me. Also, I want Amazon to compensate me for the mental distress caused by their unprofessional behavior. Thanks & Regards,

          I placed a return request with amazon as product was really bad quality. I was given 11th June as pick up date. I made sure someone was available throughout the day to return the product. I was not contacted through call or message and now i find out that reson given is " return pickup verification failed". I contacted customer service and after several minutes of waiting, I have been informed to contact between 8 am to 12 am as it is a furniture item. This is such bad customer service, and I'm an amazon prime member. I have paid for a membership that doesn't even give me a benefit of 24X7 customer service.

            My account of this email id - lalit.[protected]@hotmail.com is on hold. And they had accepted amazon pay balance from another company as a gift voucher but now they are not returning it nor allowing me to use that as the account is hold. I contacted them many times but all in vain .

              Ordered this Product on 7 June 2022 (Signoraware Easy Flow Stainless Steel Oil dispenser), Paid by Credit Card same day. ORDER #[protected]. Product was to be shipped to Udhagamandalam/ Ooty.

              Seller shipped on time. Got Amazon SMS notification on 10 June that product is to be delivered today. So I waited for it. But Delivery Agent has not delivered, never got any phone calls. Checked with my apartment security, etc. but not left with anybody else. Tracking information on Amazon wrongly and falsely claims "Delivered Yesterday".

              I don't mind 2-3 days delay for getting a product, but what is so wrong here, is that it wrongly claims "Delivered", so it is as if I have paid for it and got nothing. Delivery Agent may be running late, some delay I can tolerate. But cannot accept false claim that it is "Delivered".

              Another problem here, is that Amazon (India) "Customer Service" seems totally Missing in action. After trying so many times I still cannot get a customer support Rep on phone or chat. There is zero support.

              Unless the product can still be delivered within a few days, I want a full refund.

              This issue has been resolved. I tried calling Amazon customer service again, this time they took the call, and have agreed to initiate a Refund for me (Delivery agent has still not delivered). So finally, I never got this product which seems to be very nice and reasonably priced, good reviews, etc. (I am disappointed!), but as Amazon CS is giving a Refund, I would like to close this issue.

                I have ordered DELL LATITUDE 3542 Laptop 65WHR battery on 25th may it got delivered on 28th may, after opening package i found out it's different product i.e. 4oWHR battery, on escalating the matter to amazon, i have been told we'll investiage in this matter meanwhile i have requested for return/replacement of the battery it had been picked on 30th may, after a week discsussion and 15+ times call i have been informed that i won't get any refund/replacement as i have sent wrong/different item. i have shared proof o[censored]nboxing video and images as well but they have not listened to my query. i have been bombarded with threat mails for not giving refund/replacement.

                  I ordered a smart watch for 2000 from Amazon and it was fake and they are refusing to take it back they are telling for replacement but we don't want return the watch and want our money back. I called to the Amazon service center their said wait for 1 day and said call me tomorrow. Then next day I will try to call again to Amazon service center but their showing 'call me service currently unavailable'. I tried 2 days they are showing same problem.

                      I bought HP hs04 battery on Amazon for the laptop on 17/07/2021, which stopped working and it's been less than a year. So to claim warranty, I reached HP store where they are denying warranty stating that the serial number on the battery is not mentioned on the amazon invoice and pslip. So, i reached Amazon customer service, they are asking for the service denial slip provided by hp store to further proceed. But the hp Store is not providing any slip for the same saying in order to provide service denial, bill has to be uploaded with serial number which is not mentioned. Now I am unable to do anything to claim the warranty. Please help me with this ASAP, as the warranty period is only a month ahead.

                            I ordered a study table from Indian Amar on 13th May, 2022 but due to its low quality I returned it on 18th May, 2022. The replacement item I was supposed to receive was not delivered
                            nor showed any updates in the Amazon app. Therefore I cancelled the order on 1st june, 2022. Now its 10 june, 2022 and I haven't received any refund nor any updates on the refund status. I have contacted customer care but they did not give me a proper reply. Please look into this matter and reply asap.

                              Amazon have cancelled the pick up on 23/05/22, 30/05/2022 & 08/06/2022 without informing to customer. On these dates I have neither received any call from delivery agent and Amazon too nor delivery agent attempted on given address.

                              I have interacted with Mr Himanshu over phone on 03/06/2022 where he said to me that either pick up will be done on 07/06/2022 or we will give you advance refund. Yesterday that is on 07/06/2022 also, nobody called me and visited at given address. Today when I have called to customer care where one lady executive Ms Pooja said that advance refund has not approved where Mr Himanshu didn't inform me that advance refund will be given subject to approval.
                              The date when 1st return was initiated on 23/05/2022 today is 08/06/2022, here extreme delay happened from your end. This all has to be streamlined by Amazon end until pick up is done but here it seems that nothing is happening even after calling frequently on customer care, surprised!
                              Thrice pick up has not been done from your end. So here I want either total refund back on top priority or make an arrangement to pick up the product on immediate basis and refund too. If pick up is not happened within given TAT, I will not be responsible because delay has happened from your end thrice and in this situation I am liable to get my refund back.
                              So kindly advice how do I get my refund back on priority to avoid delay and cross the TAT because nobody is attempting for pick up on given address and not making any call too.
                              If require, can call on my mobile anytime.

                                I have placed an order for mobile exchange on 2nd June 2022. Th order was supposed to be delivered by 5th June 2022. But still the order is not delivered . I am not concerned about the product .what is disturbing me is that the delivery agents are playing with me . They don't try any delivery attempts but they mention falsely as delivery attempted . I have called the customer care multiple times everytime they said they have escalated the delivery persons .But nothing is happening . The delivery agents and the delivery station are to be held responsible . Past 3 days they are cheating me saying we are on the way making me wait for the whole day and finally they say delivery parcel is transferred to another person and immediately they will update as delivery attempted in the amazon Application . I find this very frustrating .

                                      I ordered a philips straightener at 08.04.2022. but i got a wrong product of nova straightener. i complained it and raised a request to refund back. then amazon parcel man came and picked uo my parcel at 21.04.2022. but in status it is not shown. and still they are not gave my money back of 2839. thet said we did not picked up your parcel. but they had at 21.04.2022. amazon not provide any receipt to any cusotomer of picked up delivery. please sir provide my refund back. i called them 10-12 times. raise my complaints. but my refund is not provided to me. please provide my refund back sir.

                                        I had bought two helmets from Amazon, but both of the helmets are of the incorrect size, So I had requested a return as these were eligible for return within 10 days, But over the last 10 days they have initiated pickup multiple times but every time I don't get any calls throughout the day and at the end of the day, they update the status as Return pickup verification failed.

                                        This type of service is not at all expected from a firm like Amazon, please take appropriate action so that I am able to return the products and get my refund.
