I was gifted an Amazon Pay e-gift card in Jan 2020 and it was valid until Jan 2021, but unfortunately due to Covid, I was unable to redeem it within the stipulated time. In their terms and conditions, it is mentioned that the gift card can be revalidated by simply contacting the customer care. I contacted them in Feb 2021 and have chased them for more than a year but they kept dodging me that it will be done, or I will receive a call back for details, or it has been escalated to the concerned team.
Later they started saying that the card has been re-issued to the buyer of the card. But even the buyer didn't receive any re-issued card and she even wrote them numerous emails confirming the same. But the customer care never confirmed the email address that they had supposedly sent the re-issued gift card to. After chasing them some more, they started saying that I should wait till the "re-issued" card gets expired and I should get it re-validated it once again after Feb/March 2022. And when I contacted them after the suggested time frame, they said that the card is used and the balance is zero. I asked them for the details of who used the balance, if neither did I nor the buyer, but they refused to help.
They have harassed me and the one who gifted the card when their intention was never to re-issue it at the first place. On top of it, they stopped replying to customer care emails and are not ready to share who spent the money, like they claim, and when? I never shared the card details with anybody. I made sure I shared only the card reference number with the customer care and not the gift card code. So the question of misuse also never arises. I had been one of the early customers of Amazon India and pushed some of my family members to start buying from them, but I regret doing that.

        I purchased Amazon basics 50 inches fire tv edition 4k ultra HD smart LED tv from amazon on 20.01.2021 with 2 years warranty .

        The TV's display is showing vertical lines and only voice is coming. We have been complaining to amazon since last many days but they are not reverting back and there is no repair or exchange facility available from their end.

          I purchased a mobile named redme 10 prime on 25 th april 2022 then i made return to the amazon company. Refund of Rs. 14399 initiated by the amazon company and credited 7 may 2022 but still no one refund message came from bank side and in entire history of transaction of my account it is not showing . When made contact with the company they given refund reference number is #[protected] please check actually what happens with my refund money and return my amount to my account .

          I went to ask to the bank they told we are not responsible then what could i do ?
          I lost my money mobile also made return how is my life lets assume is it the trust on amazon or canara bank whom should i blame what should i do my mind is not in work please resolve this . Otherwise the impact should b on amazon company and canara bank !!!

            Amazon has banned my account stating that I’ve violated their return and refund policy, as a consumer it is not my fault that they are sending faulty products and i have to return them. Have already paid for prime which is costly for ma as an individual. Have always sent proper proof as to why i am returning or replacing the products but they have still banned my account and I can’t place any orders.

              I wanted to return my order and applied for the same but as soon as the return was filed Amazon gives a message as Return verification failed without any other information and I still waited for days but no return pickup, nothing. The delivery was fulfilled by Amazon. At least let me know what is happening.

                I have ordered the drone from amazon and it delivers the next day as I'm a prime member, but then when I don't like the product I return this to amazon first they told me that they will pick up my order on 1st May but didn't come at my pickup place and I got a message that delivery is canceled by the customer that I didn't do that and after that u again place return request they gave me the date of 12th of may again that day the same thing happened that delivery boy cancels the order and I got a notification that cancels by customer.
                After that, I again place the return order and they give me the date of 16th they didn't come for pick up after lots of calls to the delivery boy they came and pick up my order and till now I didn't get my refund back.

                  First they sent message via SMS and whatsApp (in Feb 2022) and asked to register to https://www.manruofs.com/ and asked to purchase items for commission and later froze all my money and the site was blocked and when I contacted later they asked to login to new link:
                  http://www.trs7.in/ and this link was also blocked and now again they are contacting via whatsApp for Frozen amount withdrawal and asked to contact "Amazon staff Telegram:@AmazonCFO" via Telegram. Here the message was as :

                  " Amazon Withdrawal Center
                  Founded in March 2022 Amazon VP Gopal Pillai with New Delhi Police Chief
                  Syndicated Posting Helps Scammers on Amazon! get their frozen money back
                  If you have any questions, you can consult the staff of the Amazon Withdrawal Center at any time

                  When contacted via telegram now they asked to login to new link: https://mall559.com/ and again asking to pay money as handling fee for withdrawal.

                        Hi I have repeatedly complained Amazon that I haven't received the Understanding History book 2 in this order and the delivery boy didn't even attempt to deliver this book he shared only one book that is Nelson Key Geography Connections Student book.

                        Its a pressure for me to get the book again as its for Kids and now the price of the book is higher than what I bought I don't understand why the delivery boy didn't even attempt to deliver this book,
                        I would like to get the Refund of this book ASAP.

                          I got a gift card (Physical Plastic Card) in a party. When I tried to redeem the same I am getting some error. Amazon customer care are not helping to resolve the issue. They are simply saying it can't be added, it is not showing in the system.

                            I have currently facing an issue with one of my order and i am not getting any support from Amazon customer care. It has been 16 days now but inspite of multiple mails and multiple calls to customer care, i am not getting any resolution.

                            Order#[protected].

                            To summarize: I received wrong product, i did return the wrong product which i received. But now i am not getting the correct product for which the order was placed and also not the refund.

                            Details of the issue is as below:

                            I have ordered Samsung Galaxy M33 5G on 1st May 2022. But instead of my ordered product I received the wrong product which is Redmi Note 11 on 6th May 2022. The invoice (please refer to the attachment) which is available inside the box has a different name, order id and address mentioned.

                            I immediately called customer care and informed them that I have received the wrong product and I want to get it replaced with my original ordered product. The customer care executive told me that he has created a replacement for the same. Next day i.e., on 7th May 2022, the pick up executive came to my home. He told me that I need to return the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G. I told him that i have not received the same and i can return the product which i have received i., e., Redmi note 11.

                            The executive who came for pickup told me that I need to contact amazon customer care because amazon has mentioned that the return is of Samsung phone and then he cancelled the return. I contacted the customer care again immediately and explained the situation. The customer care executive told me that he has created the replacement again. At this time I told him to mention clearly that the product which I'll return is the RedMi Note 11 not the Samsung galaxy M33 5g. The customer care executive assured me that he has mentioned all the details and now the pick up executive will pick the wrong product which i have received. The same is mentioned in my complaint which I have raised with customer care for the reason for replacement.

                            I have returned the Wrong product which i have received that means redmi Note 11. Next day the pickup executive came and he examined the product and then picked the product. The pickup was successful. I have waited for 5 days when I received the mail stating that the product has successfully reached the amazon warehouse.

                            But the original product which i have ordered is not dispatched. I contacted the customer care again, this time the customer care executive told me that they have received the information from the warehouse that I have returned the wrong product and not the Samsung Galaxy M33 5G and they will not help me in getting the replacement of the correct product until an investigation is done.

                            I told them to kindly match the details of the wrong product which I have mentioned in the complaint raised for replacement with the product which is received by the warehouse. But they didn't listen to me.

                            How can i send the Samsung galaxy M33 5G which i have not received in the very first place. If i would have received the correct product in the first place then there is no need for the replacement. I have sent the wrong product which i have received. Not sure why the warehouse team is saying that I have sent the wrong product.

                            I don't want any refund of the product. But I want my correct Product which is Samsung Galaxy M33 5G, to be delivered to me.

                              I first ordered this product on 25t hApril and received a defective product. I requested a replacement which was supposed to be delivered by April 29th but I never received that product. The Amazon Customer Support and Delivery team just kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow but that tomorrow never came. Finally I purchased the similar product from market and asked for a refund. The refund did not happen ever. Finally one of the so called "senior leadership team member" Shivani told me that the product will be picked up for sure by 9th and if the pickup does not happen till 11th I will be issues an advance refund. Its end of day 15th May, the pickup guy never arrived and now Amazon is refusing to refund me my money saying I have refused pickup.

                                I have returned product in amazon but the said that they already credited my refunded amount to my bank account, they gave me refernce number but amount was not credited in my account

                                    I had ordered a water heater on amazon & got it delivered on 22nd of April, since I did not get any electrician to install this, I had to wait till the 3rd of may to get this installed, but when the technician came to install it he checked for the heater and told that the heater is not taking in any electricity and its a defective product.

                                    I had contact amazon & they stated that they will not be able to refund/replace the product since I did not adhere to their 10 day return policy, & told me to contact Compton service care, which is not even responding to my service request.

                                    Since i have got the product from amazon i am raising a complaint against them.

                                    I have attached the product also which is really bad and the screenshot of there information also, let me know should i take guys to the court to settle this issue & even put a customer cheating case on this.

                                        I have bought a Avaya IX CU360 Video Collaboration (Order Id- 402-[protected]) from amazon India and the delivery date was set for 12 May 2022 between 10 AM to 6 PM. But the product was not delivered on that day.Even the tracking status was not updated, I contacted the customer service, But they have no clear information regarding the delay & they asked me to wait between 13 May to 18 May. Amazon application show me the different status and after contact to the customer service still it has not updated.. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
