Hi i am Pooja Lande, recently i have did a recharge transaction through amazon pay my money. But due user interface i have entered wrong no during the transaction.

Kindly reverse the same in correct mobile no.
I have already message the same information to “59109” but i got respond “no keyword found”

Now please do the same on urgent basis…. Details are as below….

I have purchased product from Amazon as per above mentioned Order ID. Product return request placed, Seller and Amazon has approved fro return and send me schedule for pick up return. But Amazon agent not piking the product . He comes, just seeing the product and went back. Amazon agent comes on bike and product unable to carry on bike. due to this reason they going back without pick up the product. Due to these problem, Amazon not proceeding refund to me. I am complaining against Amazon, they have to arrange for pick up and they have to assure, either agent has picked the product timely or not.

I had ordered Product of RS.Amount 1999 in Amazon on 22 Jan 2021 and after I replaced this order due to
product battery drain issue reason on 27th Jan 2021. And on 5 Jan 2021 delivered me the replacement product and then I returned the replacement product on 7 Feb 2021.Then Amazon initiated the amount to my BANK ACCOUNT I pay the amount through
Cash on delivery but I still didn't get .

I was ordered micro finance book in Amazon app dated 26 Jan 2022 still the book was not delivered but in app it shows successful delivery status.i was complained about this but not replied..kindly consider the complaint

Amazon on 12.01.2022 and after on that day I returned this order due to missing item. And on 16.01.2022 Amazon initiated the amount to my account but I still didn't get money. Amazon sent this refund reference number[protected], and amount is Rs. 225.

Amazon had taken my money and they are not delivering my items and not even giving me my refund

Received a product on 11th JAN 2022, The product is damaged and size also not correct. tried calling CC many times to update the Status as delivered and then we can return.
6 times talked and they are just dragging the complaints, Status is still not updated as delivered and the item cannot be returned

I have placed an order for 24" FHD LG display in Amazon and it got delivered to me.

I received 22" products and went back to amazon to check up on them.
Where you select the model it says 24" but the description says 22".

The refund was to be processed till 30 jan in my bank account, but i haven't yet received the refund and refund has been completed from side of Amazon. I have ordered a fossil watch in Amazon and it suppose to be delivered on Jan 26th, but rescheduled to deliver on Jan 27th. Package got delivered but item(watch) is missing in the package.

i purchased a Gas stove from amazon for cost 2349rs and received a defective product, hence i requested for return and refund.

They told my location not having return pick and asked me to send the courier and they will refund the product money and courier charges after receiving the product. also they given the instruction for sending courier.

i clearly followed the instruction given to me for sending courier and sent the courier. but the amazon seller not received the product and it came back to my place again.

i approached the customer care center, where in no proper responses, multiple time they disconnected the call. and one agent conveyed the return pick is available at my place and he facilitated, later checking the website i understand that am been mislead. when i questioned upon this they telling there is not option of return pick up and i need to send the product only via courier and i need to do it again.

where in the seller denied to accept the courier what is the use of me in sending the courier.

the courier charge is 500rs and i lost it first time. and asking to send again which is not the right away and there is no commitment of receiving the product.

They not at all addressing this issue or accepting their fault. rather making me to suffer a lot. am been waiting for such a long time for my money .

Please help me in getting my money back
