    When I try to login my amazon account it shows below notification

    your account and have locked it temporarily. Please contact customer service for further assistance.

    I have mailed to amazon and also talk to customer service but till date no call back received nor they replied to my mail. it's locked from around two months.

    please help.

      Purchased some edibles from amazon fresh. Attaching the pictures alongwith this email. At the time of delivery just seen a cut in the box at the lower side. Asked delivery boy but he said items are ok. Three boxes I got . They are heavy so I myself can't inspect at the moment. When checked found a rat damage in the box you can check attached picture. Opened the box aata packets were also damaged.

          This mail regarding the refund amount from amazon has not been refunded yet in My Bank account since December 20/2021

          I have ordered an APOLLO ALNAC 4G tyre in AMAZON of cost around 10, 598 rupees which i cancelled after paying all my pending dues against amazon pay later including interest of rupees 30711, so i received a mail and message stating that this 10598 which i have repaid against my amazon pay later dues in relation to this cancelled order which will be reflected in bank account in 5-7 business days on 20/12/2021 but i have not received the refund yet in my bank account. So i was in follow up with amazon for the same for past 15days and now they said refund as be initiated to the IDFC bank and asked me to contact the BANK for refund so kindly assist me in getting my refund

            I made an order on 6 january 2022 and immeadiately cancelled it in amazon after sometime .The amazon app said it has issued a refund and I would get it within a few days.
            But now whenever I ask them when will I get my refund they say yo wait a few more days .
            They are wasting my time and not even giving me the refund reference number, calling it a technical issue and telling me wait a few more days .My bank account is of punjab national bank

                  I ordered a pair of sneakers but I got different sneakers, so I returned It But I didn't get refund

                  I called customer care but they are refusing to give refund.

                  I neither got product nor refund this is very disappointing I am very old customer but never faced this type of issue.

                  Why pick up boy picked up the product without any objection, if the product has issue.

                  There is the fault of pick up boy so punish him Instead of torturing your customer.

                      1. Initiated a transaction to buy airline tickets on amazon.in on 18th Feb. ORDER #[protected]
                      2. Ticket was not received even after 8 hours of booking.
                      3. Contacted Customer care and was redirected to MakeMyTrip. MakeMyTrip denied any booking with that ID.
                      4. Contacted Amazon Customer Care again and was asked to wait for 24 hours.
                      5. On 19th Feb, contacted Customer Care again and they raised a complaint with a resolution time of "72 working hours".

                      Even when I am asking Amazon to cancel the transaction, they are not doing it and using delaying tactics. It is a clear case where they are holding the money unnecessarily only to cancel the transaction later. At that time, the airline ticket price will have risen. Will Amazon pay me the difference in cost of tickets then ?

                      Even after repeated request to just reverse this incomplete transaction, they are not willing to listen.

                          I purchased this [censored] mattress from Amazon and after I used it for the first night, it had deep dents, I am 50 kgs BTW.

                          I raised a return for the same and the guy came in a bike and refused to take the mattress back as it’s not possible to get it carried in his bike, since then I have been calling Amazon on weekly basis and they are absolutely doing nothing. All the agents has asked me to wait for 48 hours and 72 hours.

                          I have been really patient and now it’s been 2 months and the issue is still unresolved.

                          I spoke to a girl named Vandana and she placed my call on hold for 30 mins. I spoke to Pavithra on 9 Feb and she was able to find out that the seller has been giving wrong information and also the tracking number which they mentioned for return request was incorrect and if the seller doesn’t pick the product in a weeks time they need to initiate the refund.

                          Today I have no sign of contacts and I spoke to Asutosh and I also spoke to him on 5 Feb. He is very inefficient to be called from senior department. He lied me last time that I will get contacted in 72 hours and today today his reply was same nothing different.

                          When I started cross questioning, if the seller will not be contacting me in 6 months, will you make me wait for 6 months and his answer was blunt YES.

                          Are you serious here? I am not sure what your escalation team has been doing since last 2 months. I will post this in social media and complain to consumer forum that I am been lied in serval occasion and given wrong commitments.

                          I NEED MY MONEY BACK IF YOUR SELLER CANNOT AFFORD TO COLLECT THE PRODUCT.

                          I have sent them pictures and videos too.

                                With due to respect, my self Navnath Devrao Gore, Sir I had tried many times to contact in your costomer care number but unfortunately I am not successful.
                                Sir I want to say that I had ordered an product from Amazon.in, but due to some reason I had been returned the product to Amazon but as it was on online payment I had already been paid for it and as I have been returned the product I have to refunded, but due to some technical problem I didn't get refund yet as there policy they had provided me an Refund Reference number # 75105172037001621374238

                                And had emailed # Please contact your Bank customer care centre and had quote these numbers and I got refund within 4-5 days.

                                So kindly provide me some help, Or provide me Charge Dispute Form so that I will submit it and handover to Branch.

                                    I have ordered Philips LED ceiling lights pack of six in 4 quantity. Only 3 sets are delivered and all four are marked as delivered. I have raised complaint many times to customer care but there is no proper response. How much ever I tried the fourth box never arrived and they say they cannot help it. I gave them all details which boxes arrived and which is missing. I gave them tracking ids too. But no proper help. I request you to lodge complaint against Amazon India for not delivering the item after me doing the payment. Payment was done online.

                                    Amazon Customer care person called me and asked some details. But they never really resolved the issue. They just donot care for customers. I demand my money back from Amazon.

                                      Last week I orderd a book from amazon and its price was 160 Rs. but the amazon agent ripped 260 Rs from me please taken a action against this and returned the 100 Rs.

                                        I purchased Asus Vivabook 14 AMD labtop from Amazon India vide Order No.[protected] dt. 05.02.2022.. It was defective. Generating excess heat. Amazon sent Computer Engineer also found defective and reported the matter. Amazon India is not taking the defective labtop and returning money. Please take action.
