I had applied for a refund on Amazon.in for my order, which was a book called "Death Note Volume 1 Black edition" on September 28th. I was told that I would receive the money tentatively by 5th October. When I didn't receive it on that date, I called the customer service again and they said the said amount had adready been sent to my account on the 3rd of October. They also gave me a refund reference number to check with the bank (IOB bank)....
