On 14 November i paid 4, 597 & ordered 3 sets of curtains from Urban Spaces via Amazon India site.
The curtains were mismatched in addition to having the Urban spaces logo garishly printed on the front side of the curtain all across.
I raised a return request on the day of delivery. I also escalated to an amazon executive yesterday.
The curtains are yet to be picked up and i have not been given a refund so far.

This is an unfair practice. Since neither the return request to the company nor the escalation to an amazon executive has been honoured i am left with no option but to raise it on the consumer Complaints board.

I hope they will collect their curtains and refund the money to me.

      Dear sir
      01/11/2021 and time is 7:58 still date 3400 pending show my money I made many complaints to the company and also made phone calls.He took 10 days time a week.He said, problem in your bankI also complained in the bank, the bankers said, the balance was cut from our side.You can contact on your own Amazon.I have also called the customer care of all the companies.Right now it's only about I added my hand.Amazon people.He stuck my balance in his UPI
      Right now he is not doing any solution for me.I request you to get my money.

          I purchased through amazon app in paytm bank amazon send me refund but Paytm not refund in my bank account I complent more than 10 complents also nodal officer but they didn't give me my money the Order#[protected]. We've checked with the details and found that the refund was processed successfully. I request you to please contact your bank with the refund reference number #HSBCN[protected] for further assistance. If your bank is unable to locate the refund, please contact your bank's customer service and file today 40 days but Paytm not refund me..

            Ref order ID :[protected] pertaining to 2 qty La Jarden Air dry wet clay/Terracotta.
            I had earlier submitted my complaint on 29 Oct 2021 regarding non receipt of refund for the said order.
            However after that I had also spoken to customer care regarding non receipt of the refund. I was told that with three working days the subject matter will be resolved.
            It is more than 20 days now and nothing has been done. Neither the money has been refunded nor there is any communication from Amazon side. I never expected that prime members will be given such step motherly treatment.
            You are therefore requested to look into the matter and credit subject refund on priority.

                I ordered earbuds on in Amazon, later I returned those because of quality issues on 07/11/21 and no refund was credited, the name of the ordered person and the Bank account linked with Amazon was different. Still now I didn't get refund.reference number[protected].

                    I have ordered Robot Vacuum Cleaner, but on 10th Nov 2021, I got some clothing in delivery parcel. On filing complaint Amazon has scheduled return pick up, but person has refused to accept the same. Thereafter, it was rescheduled for 4 times, but for 3 times nobody turned up for pickup and one time again a person refused to accept return. Kindly arrange for return pickup and refund at the earliest.

                      I have ordered Diva dinner set 33 pieces quantity 2 in month of October end however only 1 quantity was delivered to me on 3rd November 2021 holidays were going on in office as it is my business account so no one checks it in the office and after we get to know that only 1 quantity was delivered still we waited that this can be delivered later after some days but it don't get delivered, so we lodged the complaint in amazon that said to give them 5 days for investigation then we contacted them after 5 days they said they would require 5 more days then we called them and they are saying you complaint has never been registered instead they fought with us and said abusive words to us and said they cannot do anything in this matter and you refund will not be issued now as you have yourself refused for the investigation but as I stated earlier we waited for 10 days why we will refuse the investigation as its my business account and I need to answer to my authorities also so please help in returning the amount I had paid for that 1 quantity that has not been delivered. ASAP

                          I've ordered book ( integral calculus & boundary value problems) of rs718 on 22/10/2021 but I cancel the order & ask for refund as delivery was delaying by many days .I made the payment from my card, the company customer service said refund money was initiated successfully but till now I didn't get my money yet.
                          I want my refund money back.
                          Why they are saying that it has been refunded successfully but there's no sign of refunded amount on my account .

                          I want my refund money as soon as possible .I've checked my account transaction & deposit details but there's no sign of deposit money from Amazon.
                          Really disappointed !
                          Please solve my issues soon.
                          Till now there's no news from Amazon customer services. Why they are not replying?

                            I have ordered from Amazon but different product was received from which I had ordered so I raised a complaint for returning of product after some day my product was picked up and there was a msg from company side that refund will be initiated with in 2-3day but it's more than 15 day but refund is not reflecting in my account so I again called back to customer support but they are saying that amount has need refunded so I went to my bank where bank refuses for any money credited in account and I again called to Amazon customer but I don't get any help from there... So I'm complaining here... Here I am attaching details of purchase and mini Statment of bank paasbook... Plzzzz help

                              I have purchased Samsung Crystal 4k UHD 65 inch TV on 7th Oct. As per the partnership offer, it is mentioned that free sound bar coupon (at the cost of 1 INR) should be send to the registered email id of the amazon customer (me) after 30 days,

                              I have waited until 8th Nov and called the amazon customer support, they said, it is in progress and you will get within 5 days. I have waited again 5 more days and called after 5 days. This time, they have told please wait until 30Nov21. But the issue is the coupon validity should be 30th Nov21 as per the partnership offer page, So if amazon send the coupon on 30Nov21 around 11:50 PM, I can not redeem because of the validity period should be over.

                              I am not sure whether this is kind of online scam (get the partners free product and sell it online without giving to customer).

                              I would like to complaint so that other consumer should be ware of festival season online fraud like this one from Amazon.

                              I will try to call them again until 30th Nov 21 and will take necessary action afterwards if I will not receive the Coupon on time and not able to get the free 1 INR sound bar.

                                I bought glaxy smartwatch 3 from Amazon on 23-7-21 that has problem in software now but samsung service center refuse to provide service as they say it's overseas product as per model no. It has mea in Las according to samsung in india product it's ins last mea is for overseas product and overseas product not covered in there policy but Amazon India say provide us service denied letter we will register complaint against samsung India but samsung say they will not provide service denied letter it's not there problem contact Amazon, so both companies refuse to give service now what we can do we pay full money for product and it is waste of money without any my fault in it pls look into this issue and help me thanks .

                                  Amazon sent me Used Xbox series s when I ordered a new one, I’ve been trying to return it since past 6 days but they’re not picking up, it only has 7 day return policy.
