    I am a prime customer of Amazon and keep purchasing so many products only through Amazon.

    Recently I have ordered an Exercise Cycle- Please refer the order No. is[protected].

    The Product is worth Rs.10, 990/-. I used for 2 days and I am not satisfied with the product quality. So, I requested for return of the product. I said, I dont want replacement, but to take back the product and request amazon to refund me the amount . For this, I am keep on following the customer care for nearly 10 days. But, no person came to take back the product.

    Are these people playing game, Is Rs.10, 990 is a small amount for you people?

    Whether you are going to take back the product or not?

    I need my money back within 24 hours for the products, which i mentioned in the subject

    On 18th september, I received a mail from Mr.Yash- Amazon escalation team, stating that the product will be taken by amazon team within 2 days.

    Till today, no one called me regarding pick up of the product.

    Send someone immediately.

      Order ID:[protected] Reg mobile no with company: [protected] Consumer on 12 Sep 2021 ordered a Apple Iphone 11 from company website by paying INR 50, 999/- but on 15 Sep 2021 he got the Sony Xperia phone inside the box for which he complained to company on the same day. But company denied for the resolution stating that they had sent correct product. He wants the company to provide replacement with correct product or refund the amount paid as soon as possible.

        Dear Sirs,

        I am an Amazon Prime member for the past several years and have been enjoying the support of your excellent services . So is the case with my whole family.

        I had recently (on 2nd September 2021) placed an order through my Amazon Prime Membership for a Samsung Ultra S20 mobile for my father (U K Panicker) as per the bill attached from Amazon India. As usual, promptly the item was delivered by Amazon on 8th September 2021.

        When I attempted to take Comprehensive insurance cover and extended warranty for two years, I was not able to do it online as the screen test in front of a mirror was not getting executed. Upon contacting Customer Care of Amazon and Samsung, I was advised to take the mobile to an authorized Samsung dealership and accordingly I approached the nearest dealer and they also advised that this mobile was not eligible for Comprehensive cover or extended warranty as the warranty has already been activated on 28th August 2021, a date much earlier than my purchase date and payment.

        Again I reported this matter to the Customer Service of Amazon and I was advised that an Amazon deputed Service Technician will visit my house (as per billing address) on 14th September 2021 and check the mobile. Technician did not call or turn up and upon contacting your Customer Service, I was advised that no technicians are available therefore I should take the mobile to an Authorised Samsung Service Center to get a Report.

        Accordingly on 14th September 2021 the phone was inspected by Samsung Authorised Service Centre and the report was submitted to Amazon, a copy of which is enclosed herewith for ready reference. At this time, the date for RETURN OR REPLACEMENT date on Amazon site was 15th September 2021 and whenever I attempted to opt for this service, the system was not allowing any of these features. I was only getting a message that a CS Representative will get in touch with me !! Nothing of that sort happened. Since then the RETURN OR REPLACEMENT date was extended to 20th September 2021 and I was promised that a Senior Escalation Team member will get in touch with me before close of the date which is today. As of the time of writing this communication Indian Time 9.30 pm 20th Sept 2021, no one called or advised me of the resolution plan. I don’t know what will happen after today as the deadline for return/refund expires today and all at Indian offices of Amazon are silent.

        This attitude on the part of Amazon India staff, not only takes the confidence away from a valuable Prime customer like me, but also puts the reputation of Amazon and Samsung Mobile in this case, at stake, in particular in India. Samsung Mobile are not ready to take any responsibility for this unethical business practice being followed by one of your Suppliers like Eastern Logica Infoway Limited, West Bengal, India and have advised me to deal with Amazon who sold this item to me.

        Your will see from the enclosed screen shots (file names warranty & warranty 1) how Eastern Logica Infoways Limited, your Vendor and also an authorized Samsung Dealer, was able to manipulate the screen to hide their wrong doings, within 20 minutes of reporting the unethical business practice to Amazon India CS.

        I would request that the concerned Senior Management Team of Amazon intervenes in this matter as this has been going on for nearly two weeks and resolves my genuine case amicably without any further delay. Due to the Brand Reputation of Amazon and my confidence built over the years in their service, I have paid a huge sum to Amazon India for this branded phone of Samsung and their reputation is also at stake due to no fault of Amazon or Samsung, but purely due to Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd.

        I would have expected, Amazon to take responsibility for this unfortunate incident and protected the interest of a genuine customer like me who has produced concrete proof for the claim being raised and take timely action against such vendors who spoiled your reputation. Needless to say customers are your strong pillars holding your empire!

        I look forward to hearing from you favourably with a solution to this issue. Me and my old age Dad suffered enough mental stress due to this incident and our hard earned money is being locked with Amazon India and I am holding the mobile which you have not taken back or replaced till now.

                  I have ordered a gaming computer "Zotact Magnus one" worth Rs 1.30 Lakh in Amazon.

                  After the product was delivered, I found that the Graphic card was missing in the computer.

                  As this is a powerful gaming computer graphic card "Nvidia RTX 3070" alone cost Rs 1 - 1.5 Lakh in local markets and without graphic card computer will not Turn ON. Before even placing the order I notice similar issue in Comments by previous customers in product description page in Amazon. I took the risk of ordering because Seller is very popular and trusted(Appario Pvt Ltd)and also Amazon is there to help.

                  As soon as I received the product I recorder unboxing video and on record I found that the part is missing. After taking the issue to Amazon customer care, few days passed, some representatives are saying my case is under investigation and some are saying case has been closed since product was delivered in good condition so I am not eligible for refund or replacement.

                  I am actually "Amazon Prime" customer and I have ordered more than 5 Lakhs worth products in Amazon in last few years. I order 50 products in a month and receive delivery every single day.

                  My request to you is please investigate on this issue and get me replacement or refund. I am ready for any police investigation or Civil court case.

                  As per my knowledge, this is a scam by the seller. Because of cryptocurrency mining, graphic card prices are increasing every day like gold and silver. In local markets the price of graphic card used in my product alone is more than the overall product cost. So seller has scammed professionally. The gap that created because of no graphic card was replaced by similar metal sheet and painted just like the original product.

                  Not just me but multiple customers are suffering with the exact same issue. Both Amazon and Seller has to be punished for this scam and negligence in resolving the issue. One month passed, who will pay the interest for my money Rs1.30 Lakh struk at Amazon?

                          Im Ordered a one plus buds z white colour. And got a different products. Then call to castomer service. And elaborate my problem. They raised a return request . And my product got picked up. Now they say that you choosing wrong reason. And returned a fake product. Oder id is[protected]).

                            I ordered go pro 9 from amazon and i returned it because there was no warranty card ! I waited for my refund but it doesn’t appear I contacted then they said it will be processed in 3 day but it is not refunded yet ! I contacted again they said that RRN will be generated in 3 days but not generated i am contacting them every days from 1 month ! They are not refunding my amount

                              I purchased a product on amazon on 31th August 2021 using my canara bank debit card. The amount was debited as well the order was declined.

                              I have contacted the customer care of both amazon and canara bank.
                              Amazon said that since the amount was not received, the order was hard declined.
                              Canara band said that the amount transaction was successfull to amazon side. And they have also raised ticket(ticket id:2122AZ4861) for this on 8th Sep2021 and asked me to wait untill 17th sep so that your amount might be credited back. Today is 19th sep 2021. I Still have'nt received my money back.

                              I still don't know from which side this issue was created.

                              I had contacted canara bank customer service number they is no proper response hence i mail you. Please check and confirm the status if your response was worst in mail too i'm going to file in banking ombudsman.

                              Sir my refund is generated by amazon but my bank is not credited it tells that talk your merchant for this i will reverse transaction due to fail this is held on 18 oct 2021 sir give me solution and credited my amount 999/-

                                My name is Subrat bajpai, from allahabad uttar pradesh and I am a amazon prime customer and I ordered a book on Amazon on 16 Sept 2021 for 450 rs with order[protected],
                                and they promised me to deliver the product on 9pm 18 Sept 2021. They failed to deliver the product miserably and after consistent complain didn't get any assurance from Amazon.
                                They breach the contract by not delivering what they promises
                                Under consumer protection act they are liable for deficiency in services and they must be held liable for it .

                                    My father BANDI ANJAN REDDY return Amazon product on 5th September and it's successful collected by Amazon delivery partner. In the Amazon app it is showing amount is successfully credit into INDIAN bank. But till now amount not credited into account.

                                        I ordered a chair from amazon.in on 7th Sept, 2021. I returned it on 8th because did not expect it to be so uncomfortable and tiny.
                                        The refund from amazon was initiated on 8th and was supposed to reach my account by 13th Sept, 2021.

                                        It hasn't anymore. From past 2 days canara bank and amazon customer service guys are asking me to call each other. And there's no solution. I am fed up.
                                        The reference number given by amazon does not give any information to the canara bank customer care guy. what to do? reference number: #SJDXMW5T0000KSGLT7HJ

                                        Just send the refund. Pls resolve this
