Absolutely disgusted with Amazon's delivery service. On three occasions I have have parcels flung over my wall into my compound in plain sight an open invitation for thieves. The first two times it was bedding and I was not home and pouring down with rain when I got home. I did complained to Amazon and received no response and to two delivery drivers who said it was not them but would report it to their managers. But as it was bedding and well wrapped I kept the items. Today I was home, did not get a phone call re delivery but found another Amazon parcel flung over my wall in broad daylight. This was an electric prestige delight rice cooker. I did not even open the item but requested a return. It's a cooker printed on the box in big black capital letters so what damage was done throwing it over the wall. The box is clearly damaged. Rang and had a chat with two Amazon customer care staff terrible response not apology but the second person said return is indicated so what's the problem. I requested that someone from Amazon in charge call me but she said not possible it's being dealt with through return so no problem. Too thick to understand it was an electrical item and could have been damaged throwing it over the wall. I've been a loyal customer to amazon spending lacks over the years and told her to close my account again response can't do that its another department's responsibility. I have now ordered the item from flipcart and won't deal with Amazon India unless I receive an apology.

    I order on Amazon at 6th July 2021 a GO PRO hero 9 black but I didn't receive my order so that I complain again that and they told .e you wait for 15 working days and you get your refund because this order cancelled from our Saller end I wait for 15 days but I didn't get my refund I called them again and they told me wait for 15 days but I get receive mail from Amazon and they told me I am not eligible for refund and they don't give reason about it. My 35, 000 stuck there and the don't give me refund. Here I attach some documents like Amazon give me one courier number and I track that the courier delivered to on Surat address here I attach document ..
    Please help me for the same

      My ORDER #[protected], Dated:26 July 2021 in Amazon, i ordered 2pcs 4 Channel DC 12V Relay Module with Optocoupler X 2sets. Totally 4 pcs i oredered. But, that seller sent me only 2pcs. So, i made a replacement request(ORDER #[protected], Dated:2 August 2021) in Amazon. But, next time seller send me the IR module one(1pc) irrelevantly and intentionally the seller cheated me. I wrote a review on Amazon, still they didn't displayed in Amazon review. Amazon also support these type of sellers. This seller must be blocklisted from Amazon, Because no other buyers affected like me. I lost more than 15 days because of this useless amazon and their seller.

          I bought a Crompton Ozone 75 cooler from your website. Cooler has lots of issue, i am keep raising my concerns to Crompton support no one has responded yet neither they are responding to give me service denial letter.

          Can you help me what should i do now? I don't want the same answer "the product is out of return window you can't do anything"

            I bought Amazfit Bip U Pro on[protected] and it got delivered on[protected]. I tried using this product for three days and I found that Alea is not working properly and Gps option is not working.

            I tried contacting Amazon customer care on[protected] and the customer care agent kept me on hold for 20 mins with no response from her side.
            And I disconnected the call and tried contacting customer care again and again but no luck. Later on, I came to know that I was blocked from contacting customer care for doing unusual activity in my account(But I didn't do anything other than calling customer care).

            Can you please help me with this?

              I had ordered for a 8 piece (2 pack of 4) curtains in total, but today I got a delivery of only 2 pieces of curtain. Not only that, the quality of the curtain is not good. I will add photos of it, to elaborate more accurately. Please look into the matter. Amazon dissapointed me today.

                I have placed amazon order no.[protected] for rs 12849.
                due to some problem, amazon told me to cancel the order & place the new order for the same item, AMAZON Representative PROMISED ME TO PAY THE PRICE DIFFRENCE AS AMAZON PAY BALANCE AFTER RETURN PERIOD IS OVER.

                i have placed new order
                no.[protected] for rs 14999 for same item.
                now the price difference is of 2150 rs.[protected] = 2150)

                now the return period is over & AMAZON IS NOT GIVING THE AMAZON PAY BALANCE OF 2150 rs
                i contacted amazon several times, finally the send me the email saying, that, THE REPRESENTATIVE MADE A FALSE PROMISE, they will only give rs 1250.
                but now amazon is not giving even 1250 rs.

                my question is, amazon made false promise, its not my fault.

                PLS SEND MY COMPLAINT TO AMAZON CHAIRMAN, HE SHOULD KNOW THAT AMAZON IS CHEATING.

                i want total amount of rs 2150 as promised

                I AM ATTACHING SNAPSHOTS, ( where its mentioned that price difference will be adusted)
                i am also sharing snapshot of email that i received from amazon, saying our agent made false promise & they can only give re 1250.( till now its not given)
                but my total difference is 2150 rs
                amazon is not given.
                i have called amazon several times, but its useless, i have to explain the whole issue, again & again. they are not giving the amount.
                AMAZON REPRESENTATIVE EVEN ASKED ME TO SHARE OTP, TO VERIFY MY DETAILS, BUT I REFUSED.

                AMAZON IS CHEATING & LOOTING CUSTOMERS.

                  THIS IS TO BRING TO THE VERY IRROSPENSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF TEAM AMAZON INDIA, from last two days they are saying my product will be delivered, day before yesterday (09th August) amazon agent called up 8:10pm, I told him that its an office and no is available at this time, he said he will deliver tomorrow morning. I tried calling the agent but he has blocked all his incoming calls. Yesterday, 10th August I received a message that I have refused to take the delivery, which is not true. I was waiting for the product. I have ordered this product to be used today for an exhibition, I have lost so much of business because of you.

                  I need my product today and compensation for the harassment.

                        I ordered usha gas stove worth rs 8000 from Amazon and it was delivered in a poor packaging with the box and out cover torn it had all the parts missing ( burners, utensil holder, one knob) basically i received a useless product in a very poor condition along with damaged parts . I placed a replacement request for which they said it needs to go under return request as the parts are missing . I placed the return request 3 time but no one came to pick it up and the money is not refunded as well . I have raised this with amazon customer care services thrice and everytime they mention that it will be picked up in next 72hrs and that doesn't happen . I have no idea what to do next .

                              I am not getting any help regarding order no[protected] and[protected].
                              I have ordered the Clarks Men’s Black Leather Formal shoe (UK-7/Indian 41) at the Price of Rs. 3200
                              The order was delivered on 12/07/2021 within 5 mins I have lodge a complaint with Amazon that I have received Red Tape women shoe inside the package which I’ve instead of Clarks Men’s Black Leather Formal shoe.
                              They provide replacement against that product. After that I have received the product on 13/07/2021 in this package I literally received two bricks instead of Clarks formal shoe.
                              I again made lodge complaint with amazon customer care in this regard they (Amazon customer care executive) However I urge them to please provide the replacement of my shoe but they directly denied my request with this statement (we have to made So Called investigation on your complaint for that will take up to 5-7 days I said please proceed with your so called investigation).
                              I said its okay If you will check with your backend team regarding this scam or what I call (miss management of amazon). I have not thought that amazon provide me this kind of resolutions and all.
                              After the given time they called me and said our investigation is completed now I will share the with you the results with your complaint and our investigation report. They said you have made fake / false complaint against this product as per Amazon’s executive statement.
                              Then I said that Please transfer my call to your senior executive present next to you. Again they said the same statement.
                              At the end they denied we will neither provide you the replacement nor refund.
                              But sir Now I want refund from Amazon along with their sorry.

                              Within that point of time or can say within conversation they send an email on my email id registered with amazon to Kindly share my Id proofs i.e., PAN and AADHAR CARD or any other govt. ID cards issues by state govt. or central govt.
                              I have attached all the documents related with this concern along with that particular email as well in which they want/need my ID proof.
                              Kindly help me out with this problem.

                                My refund issues on 1st August and it's 9th when I call amazon they told that contact to your bank we are not responsible about this and when I call to my bank customer care (pnb) they told we are not provide to share any details.. My refund reference is RRN[protected] Punjab national bank is not compromised with me

                                    Order #[protected] dated August 4, 2021
                                    Suppose to deliver on 5th of August. Since then they are rescheduling.
                                    Contacted daily Amazon Service Center on this subject. Nor delivery team at Hyderabad contacted me to update on this item. Today 9th August was my latest attempt by calling them before filing complaint here.
                                    Since they failed to deliver it on several dates I requested them to cancel my order and initiate the refund.

                                    On Amazon.in tracking showing rescheduling. What was the reason Until today August 11, 2021 no update. However, they refunded in full the order amount.

                                        Hello,
                                        I had ordered a phone worth 17k on 27th July during Amazon's sale, which was supposed to get delivered between 2-7 August
                                        When checked on 3rd August in the app it was showing already delivered on 2nd August, i was at home that time during the mentioned delivery time plus I checked with my neighbours and security guard regarding this package but they also did not get anything on that date.
                                        Since then I have been contacting Amazon customer service daily and they had started an investigation regarding this which would conclude today (9th August 2021) but for that as well I did not receive any call
                                        So when I called them today regarding this they told that they had contacted me on 6th August which I did not receive which is not true as per my call logs which I checked. Next two days which they had to try and contact me again which they did not did.
                                        Again when I called them on 9th for resolution they extended the timeline till 15th August, so I have not yet received my phone, my money is already debited and still they do not have a resolution and for a better experience I had purchased Amazon prime.
                                        Is this a some sort of Scam by Amazon ?
                                        They are not at all giving me any resolution regarding this.
                                        I need help in this as soon as possible.
