I ordered an induction set from amozon its cost 714/- ordered on 13th March and I asked amozon they said we have refunded the bank should process it and I also complain for bank two on this process till now I didn't get refunded amount plz solve this issue

    Amazon Order No:[protected] to the value of Rs.9, 145/- placed on 11 Mar 2021 had to be returned. Return request was approved by Amazon on 28 Mar with instruction to return directly to the Seller, through a Courier of our choice. Amazon indicated that a full refund, including return courier charges, will be transacted, immediately on receipt.

    Items were despatched in the original packaging via DTDC on 7 April (DTDC Consignment No: D[protected]. Courier charges were Rs.1, 600/-. The items were received by the Seller on 9 Apr, as per the DTDC Tracking Record. Copy of the Shipment Record was provided to Amazon, as per their instruction.

    Despite several follow-up's with Amazon Customer Support by phone and on-line, since 15 April, and assurances, the refund has not been transacted. The apparent delay is due to the lack of a "stamp" on the return transaction record provided by DTDC. This apparent requirement for manual stamping of the shipment record was not previously stated by Amazon. It is also an absurd requirement as the movement of the package can be conveniently tracked through the DTDC Tracking System using the Consignment No that is printed on the Shipment Record.

    Copy of the Shipment Tracking details was downloaded from the system and provided to Amazon, confirming receipt of shipment by the Seller.

    Despite all attempts, the refund totalling Rs.10, 745/- remains outstanding since 9 Apr 21.

      Received empty box, when asked for the solution my account is blocked. Its about 5500 rupee loss for me

        I wanted to buy this Antec F12 RGB 120mm Case Fan. It's just a fan for installing inside your computer cabinet. Cost is about 557 INR.

        However in the pictures of the product Amazon is showing a number of photos of the Computer Cabinet and there are no photos of the actual product.
        This is very confusing. Amazon should review all such incorrect information/photos and ensure that all product pages have relevant product details.

        See the attached photo. While the product is a case fan. All photos show entire cabinet of the computer.

          Dear Sir,

          I had purchased a product called Mpow earmuff's from Amazon in january which was not upto my expectations, so i had to return it. The refund regarding this was initiated on 22nd january 2021 but still i have not received any conformation from the bank. They have provided me the Refund Reference Number as 30005110131013163094380. I have been contacting to the bank customer care many times now but their has been no proper reponse. It has already been over 3 months. So please check and grant my refund amount. This is my 2nd mail so please do respond this time.

            From 5 th April from they just give. Fake promises . U will get ur original item instead of wrong item and after 10 pick up created no delivery boy come for pick than last he promised me 1 may u will get ur refund and account blocked on 28th April reall Amazon fooling customer first they didn't pick up wrong item and last he blocked the account.               My name is Indira and I had ordered borosil bowl of rs. 531 (bowl) in Amazon on 04/04/2021and after 14/04/2021 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 14/04/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money.                 Sir/madam i had ordered a product from amazon on 17 january 2021 which was cash on delivery, but when that agent of amazon came to deliver the product, he sent me a link of amazon for online payment in which i paid from amazon upi Was online but that delivery agent did not receive payment there and 1999rs money was deducted from my bank account, whose transaction id is[protected], whose screenshot I am sending to you also, after that I cancelled my order and till now I have not received my refund yet, Please solve my problem by doing this.                       [protected] order number that is Timex watch was delivered on 17th April. I opened it on 20th April on my dad's birthday. Really disappointed, it was an empty parcel. No support from customer care. They said it's your wish to case on us . Really fraud .

                        Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.                                         I ordered "Crucial P5 1TB 3D NAND NVMe Internal SSD" Via Amazon In 7th april 2021 for my sister's office laptop, But it does not fit on that laptop, I applied for a return as soon as I found out it did not fit but I was only able to replace it. So i ordered the replacement.

                                        The replacement was delivered on 10 April 2021, I applied for the return, but I did not open the parcel, the next morning (April 11) amazon executive arrived, I submitted the parcel unopened, Amazon executive said "We can not take the product unopened, So I open the parcel and then I pick up the parcel" he said.
                                        I said "Okay, please open the parcel and you take the product". He opened the parcel and clearly checked and then picked it up.

                                        He clearly checked the product and only picked up the product after scanning the product serial number, and then amazon seller said why did we use it?

                                        We did not use the product, it was a huge amount for us, it was ordered by my sister company, and if the money is not refunded we will not be able to get the salary for this month.

                                        I am an Amazon Prime member, I do not know where the fault is, please take the complaint and get a refund. Please Check and let us know.
