I sushil kumar the account holder of your bank has done some personal transaction regarding purchasing through Amajon dated 12th February 2021 (online transaction) but due to some reason I did cancel the same transaction to Amajon on 13th February 2021.

Amazon mailed me for refund but this is not reflecting in my bank acnt..please resolve it...

Hello, I had ordered Samsung mobile MO2 in exchange with old one on 09 Feb 2021 and Paid through Debit Card. delivery boy came on 12 Feb 2021 for delivery of mobile, at that time he told that screen of your old mobile is little damaged so I can't take old mobile and even he didn't delivered that new one so I asked him to refund the amount Rs 7849.00 and that way Amazon company sent me mail that item we have received and your refund has processed...
