My seller account named SKR Retail having Merchant Token: A1C34D08AP5L02 in Amazon India platform was suspended by them saying about infringement complaint. I had already contacted the brand owner who initiated the infringement complaint and the owner understood that there was no infringement done from my end and hence he was ready to withdraw his infringement complaint against my seller account filed to Amazon. However, even after the brand owner withdrawing the complaint against my seller account, Amazon Seller Support is not ready to reactivate my account. I've submitted multiple appeals to the support team which indicates my genuineness and the withdrawal of complaint by the owner but still they're not ready to activate my account nor they're responding to my appeals now. This also leads to a state that I can't even delete my Seller account anymore as there's no option to delete it. Hence, I want to delete my Seller Account ASAP and I hope Amazon team will help out in this.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sooraj Subramaniyan Its been almost a year since my account is deactivated by Amazon and they're not even responding to my queries now. This has been the most inefficient support provided by the Amazon team. It feels like I will need to go legally against Amazon Seller Support for deactivating my Seller account without any valid reason.
