Sir I purchased mobile phone (Mi10i 5g) and I returned but refund amount 23999.00 is not reach in my account. Only amazon send me reference number 30005110071007153888282 but bank said its fault of Amazon and Amazon said its fault of bank.
I am very worried sir. Please help me sir... This amount is very big for me.

Respected Sir/Madam, Amazon has kept my amazon account on hold since a month, i am following up with the customer executive and i have send them every details asked by them but still my account is on hold. its been a month now but no response from them. i have contacted them more than 15-20 times. Every time i call them they fill up some form and tell me i will receive a call from the amazon account speacialist team but i never get a call/sms/email from them. And i had returned a item from that account worth Rs.29, 599 in the month of January, i didn't receive that refund also. Since so many days amazon has harressed me alot. Please help me out so that my account gets unhold and i get my refund.

i have not received the items till date and nor did i get refund. I called customer service and they said there is nothing they can do.

This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I ordered two quantity of the product and paid by my debit card. But i receive only one book. Then i told about it to delivery boy . He told me to return the product. After approving my return request, next day the pickup boy called me and i told him my adress . He respond roughly then said ok. But after few hours of wait he did not came and cancel the pickup.

On February 15 Amazon initiated the refund amount to my card but It still didn't reflected in my account. I have not found my return of 949

1.) I had purchased an item from amazon on 19th jan 2021.
2.) the order id of the item was :[protected] .
3) the price of the item was Rs 9899/-
4) but due to some issue with the product I had to return
the product .
5) my product was picked up for return on 2nd of Feb.
2021 and the refund was also issued on the same date.
6) but till today the refund has not been credited to my
bank account.
7 ) it has been more than 18 days since the refund got
initiated but i have not received it in my account.
8) Amazon has provided me with refund reference
number to track the refund

10) But, the bank customer care is not acknowledging the refund
reference number and has asked me to contact amazon again.
11) amazon is saying that they cannot help because they have
already issued refund reference number, but the bank is not
acknowledging such refund reference number.
12) kindly help me because I am stuck between the the two parties
where none is trying to help.

Your delivery boy and Depot have marked as delivery attempted, but fact is that he has not attempted delivery.
So reality is you failed to deliver on time which very unfortunate on amazon part.

They deliverd faulty leaked rice bran oil and spilled all over in the box and on other products as well and i notified and next they blocked my account what the hell is it and gave reason I asked for refunds thats why they closed my account... I would like to ask as a customer if i paid the money and recived parcel with missing products or faulty then whom to ask ...they closed my account by delivering faulty leaked fortune rice bran oil and plz I want to know what that mean if i paid them money and products not delivered to me or missing products in the parcel or faulty so customers should not ask to amazon otherwise they close the account want the he'll or they should make a policy tell the courier stay with customer until open the box and verify with the invoice what delivered or not

I am pH 111 of the customer of Canara bank actually my account was in syndicate but now syndicate merged with Canara so my account number is[protected] I booked Vivo v5 battery 649 rupees cost in Amazon but I cancel that item and then they released refund amount 649 rupees but that amount not added to the my account please add that amount to my account number[protected] . Amazon order#[protected]

Ordered above 13 pcs. set but delivered 8 pcs. set. this the case of cheating, breach of trust, unethical business practices.

Why not I lodge this cast to consumer forum?

Why Amazon is ding business such 420 companies?
what is their action plan to curb such situation and protect customer right?
what penalty and fine should be imposed?
why I should trust "Amazon" in future?

They must refund amount and should not repeat in future

I Pankaj Kumar Singh made a transaction of rupees 300 and 50 each on 7th February 2021 through Amazon, but the payment was failed and the money was deducted from my account, I called them and put my issues to them but they say" they don't get any such payment you have to contact to your bank and let them know why the money was deducted after a failed transaction "..
Please help to get the money back as soon ..
