Sir,
I have ordered a Redmi 9 of Rs.9998 from Amazon on the 5th of October which came out to be disputed. We decided to return it.
The order was returned on the 9th of October and they promised to refund the amount in my bank account by the 14th of October. I confirmed with them and their customer service executives that I have a State Bank account debit card linked with Amazon which was used several times for different purchases for which I was expecting the refund amount in that account. They confirmed to me with it as well.
However, when I called them yesterday after not receiving the amount. They started misleading me by saying that there is some UBI account linked with my Amazon account which I was never aware of. I have never used a UBI account in my entire life. The app is not showing me the account number where they transacted the money except for the last three digits as they confirmed are 416. The ISFC code UTBI0AGLE71 is from 'Purba Medinipur' Branch-Argoal but my residence is in Kolkata.
Amazon is not paying me the refund in my account nor they're providing me with the complete account number or any details where they've transacted the money.
I hope that you will understand my concern and do the needful with it as it is a huge amount of money for me and my family in such crucial conditions.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There are 2 products
One is =[protected] amount is 1764
Another is=[protected] amount is 1399
Plz solved my issue
