IT is mention On the way, but running late from 17 September 2020, until today 3 November 2020 the product did not deliver to me and no option in the website to cancel the order, now i am really feel a reliability issue with your amazon India,

Kindly advice the course of action.

    I purchase " Aeoss Women's 3 pairs Warm wool Crew Socks " in Amazon but they are not delivered this product on given address . My Address is showing on Amazon and delivery option is available on my address but they are not delivered .

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      A wrong item was sent ( diff color) . Item worth INR 11, 999. I applied for a replacement with the correct order as placed originally.

      When there was no update on their site I started following it up with their customer service. Today I came to know my refund is being processed.

      1. I have the screen shot of actual item ordered & the wrong item received.
      2. They manipulate their site to reflect the order / replacement status which is a breach of transparency.
      3. I am going through irritation / tension which was uncalled for.
      4. my money is stuck since 19th Oct'20. who pays for this loss? as they will tale another week it seems before the money hits my AC.
      5. Are these E commerce companies taking Indian consumers for granted?

        I ordered 2 items on Amazon of Rs386 on 20 octobera and i paid the amount through my debit card. I returned the items on 25 october. In my order details on Amazon app, the refund has been credited to my bank account but in reality i have not received the amount.

        I contacted the amazon helpline and have given me the RRN - (protected) and asked me to contact the bank.

          Amazon restricts certain purchases such as plated jewellery, cereals, software licenses etc for customers who want to pay via the credit limit available via "pay later" services.

          This approach is an unfair trade practice and must be attended to. As a customer I have all the right to purchase any item on deferred payment mode, when I have the available credit limit.

          The best part is the customer WILL NEVER know whether the selected item can be purchase in 'pay later' option until the last moment of check out. Even then, there is no clear explanation or reason as to why the payment mode is declined. The error or alert message 'Add new card' is very misleading and irritating.

          This policy of Amazon in Restricting items for purchase is unfair and discriminatory. Grow up Amazon.

            This is regarding a product(samsung 345l double door refrigerator) bought in great Indian sale on 16/0ct/2020 .I have received a damaged product which has damaged ice maker and small scratches as well. Although I was able to place the return of the product on 20/oct/2020 .I have been talking to customer everyday and asking them to issue to higher leadership But, the customer service and the escalation level is so worst, they always give a false statement saying leadership team is not available to talk or they say for arranging a call back which never happened in this past 12 days. Although After after a long fight and wait over a call, I was able to connect with the senior agent thrice they were also helpless giving false statement to wait 2-4 business day which will start everytime when I reach them(they will never consider the days that is already passed).After a long fight I they just disclosed that .DLHVR the third party pickup has made a multiple attempts to pick up and stated that customer door was locked. I verified my address and phone number given was correct but not sure who is playing fool with customer, is DHLVRY or AMAZON both are worst at the service .But I am sure that DHLVRY has never made an attempt .After the long fight with senior agent from Amazon I asked him to escalate the issue step higher to his manager as nothing is progressed he said you will get a call from a manager within 24 hrs but it's been 4 days that they have never made an attempt to call. . since it's been 12 days and following up with customer and escalating this issue till the manager Also the NOC was raised with the number noc-48353 to refund the amount as the pick up is not happened from long time and asked me to wait till 2nd of Nov. Today 2/Nov/2020, again I have called the customer agent asked to connect to the senior because they no idea about the NOC at all. after a long wait and multiple attempt made to reach the senior agent got to know that they have never ever tried to work on NOC and simply faking me to wait for 4 business days again. I am sure the business days they are telling were already passed away now its 12 days late. Everytime i have a call they are so irresponsible they never even look back the data from the previous calls when i ask them about the NOC they say please ignore it, it was not done earlier. I am so frustrated as I am unable to escalate this issue to higher management of Amazon as the customer care agent is not giving any information and making fool when I call them. I am writing this to consumer complaints after trying all the way asking the help from Amazon .Amazon is worst this days .This is the second time I am facing such issue. My previous consumer complaint was also with Amazon. Kindly help .save innocent people who are misused in the name of sale.

            This complaint is also for DLHVRY who is in partner with Amazon, adding it as I cannot add multiple company name

            please help. Most needed help from consumer complaints as the amount is very big and lost my old fridge in exchange and now unable to buy new one, since I have damaged one with me (which cannot be used as return is placed ).Awaiting for an help. Kindly consider this complaint as earliest as possible

              I had purchased a mobile from amazon on 16/10/2020 for 47999.00 rupees and paid using PNB debit card but i cancelled the order and requested for refund on 16/10/2020.amazon send me confirmation mail regarding the refund and initiated the refund on 16/10/2020. but its been 17 days and i still have not got my refund.i called customer care regarding this and they are claiming that they have completed the refund process process and gave me reference number.they said talk to your bank regarding this and problem is from bank side but bank is refusing and saying reference number is of no use. my account number is [protected] and reference number is 237016. please help me

                I ordered a product from Amazon, part of which is showing delivered in the app but I haven’t received it. After complaining to Amazon about the same, they first asked me to wait for 5 days. I waited for 10 days and then again called them for the same. They told me that they will investigate on the matter and asked me to wait for 5 days. Again I waited for 10 days after which I called them only to hear that it’s showing them that product has been delivered. They asked me to take any outside step we want but they won’t help us from Amazon’s side.

                  Refund related for Amazon

                  This refund problem many times seen with amazon and pnb is there collaboration between both of them to trouble customer finally this money will go where as i have not received refund of Rs 6249/- since[protected] refund made by amazon vide reference no. 75503720293043026819444.why to raise dispute form on call why it can not be solved....

                  I bought a tripod from Amazon and it received on dated 30th October 2020. But due to some fault I want to return it. Amazon gave me time of return product from 31st October 2020. 1st date was on 31st October 2020, 2nd date was 1st November 2020. But pickup boy did not respond wisely. And Amazon also postpone dates. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Amazon is wrost company. And it's delivery and pickup guys are also nonsense and ###. Kindly resolve my issue as earlier as possible. From last two days they send one particular pickup guy mobile number. But that guy refuse to take the return product again and again.

                    I ordered a book via order number[protected] from amazon. That was to be delivered to my wife. The delivery person was trying to touch her while and barge inside the house while comming for delivery. When scolded he justtook out his phone and took a photo of my wife and went away smiling.
                    The same person had tried to misbehave earlier too when delivering the order number[protected]
                    Can anyone help me track down that person and ensure that he doesn't repeat such behaviour with anyone else. He must be punished with firing from job as well as heavy fine and punishment.

                      Dear sir on 14 oct 2020, i purchased eureka firbes vaccuum cleaner vide order no[protected]image attached) dated 14 oct 2020. I received vaccuum cleaner on 17 oct 2020 having multiple dents on it, accessories and mannual missing. On 17 only i contacted customer care with all images of dents and serial no. They approved the return and pickup was approved for 18 oct which was cancelled by delivery agent saying verificatin failed, on 19 oct around 2100 hrs again pickup was rescheduled for 22 oct which was again cancelled by delivery agent for same reason. On contacting delivery agent, he says they dont received scan for pickup and i again contacted customer service for sending mail with all scans but customer service said there is nothing pending from customer side as well as from customer executive side. On 22 oct again pickup wad rescheduled for 24 oct with complaint and high priority ( as told my customer executive) but this was also cancelled by delivery agent for same reason. On 24 oct starting from morning 0800 till evening around 0800 i made several calls to cutomer service for pickup status and they assured me it is not cancelled this time but after7 i came to know from customer executive miss artiben that it was cancelled for same reason. I made too many calls to delivery agent throughout the day at no [protected] with pin 3285 provided me by amazon sms but he didnot responded to any of my calls. I even offer them that i will drop it at your store when spoken to delivery agent on 22 oct. Pickups were scheduleD on 18, 22, 24, 27, 28, 30, 31 but all are cancelled saying verification failed. customer service says wait for 24 -48 hrs but from 24 oct onwards there 48 hrs not completed.they are harrassing customer. I have attached all the images for to your references.

                          I had purchased saregama carvaan bengali from amazon site for which i initiated refund due to some reason. product was picked on 16.10.2020 from me by the company and i got the message that my refund of Rs 6349 has been successfully processed on 16.10.2020. but till date i have not received my refund.
                          I have contacted many a times to their customer care but they only provide me with reference no and ask me to contact my bank. i have also contacted customer care of my bank (pnb) but they show inability to track transaction only by refrence no.

                          kindly help me to get my refund back

                              Hi i had purchased a domestic home appliances Of SUMEET brand from amazon India, the product has 5 year warranty on it . but the product stop working. when i raised the service request from the brand via mail, i got a reply, that the product that brought from amazon is fake product service cannot be provided And they do not sell online . I have raise this issue to amazon and they have been not able to provide any solution till date.

                              hence i am seeking some solution on this issue, Amazon is still selling the same Fake product.

                                  Hi All,

                                  I have order Samsung M31 mobile phone through Amazone Dtd 22nd Oct'2020 under tracking ID[protected] order number:[protected] as per Amazon same is delivered by Today till 9Pm.

                                  Around 2 pm received call from Amazon agent regarding delivery he is coming and check my exchange phone removing screen guard and laminate after half n hour he told he has some issue in receiving OTP for exchange phone he told me our office is near about 10 min distance pls visit with us in my office will generate the OTP from Laptop than give you the phone I am deny for the same after few minutes he told me will coming next few to deliver the product and left from my home.

                                  After that have called Amazon costumer care and inform him everything to Mr.Zubir he told me "Sir wait till 9 pm your product will be delivere, if any issue call again than.

                                  Around 5.20 have seen delivery status has been changed return to seller without my any fault again have called Amazon customer care regarding delivery my phone or compensation regarding removing may screen Gaurd and laminate but he completely deny for help on this also disconnect my phone without resolution, If Amazon agent take action on my first call than product will be delivered today without returning to seller.

                                  As per your costumer care team instruction we have order again Samsung M31 6GB RAM and 128 GB on 27th Oct'20 memory against tracking ID[protected] order number:[protected] and same is also return to seller statting that exchange authentication failed but no one visit at my place every not received single call than how authentication is failed.?

                                  Now I am really fed up on this even two attempts my product is not delivered and every time same is back to seller without any strong reason.

                                  Last time Amazon agent told me visit with me on my office will solve your verification issue at office have denied the same than he send product back to seller.

                                  Now again Amazon want to place another request for product now I am fed-up such poor service.

                                  I am required my product at any cost and I am not going to place any request now, have required compensation from Amazon similar amount of product.
