on social media also they are just giving false answer that they will be seeing this issue but last 10 days there is no update.

so the refund is actually pending for this order number[protected]
return was picked up yesterday the boy showed me the return bill dated 16th oct, but the refund is still pending.

    I have purchased a 55 inches ultra hd android smart led tv - tcl make -model no. 55p715(silver)(2020 model).Vide order no. #[protected] dt. 17th oct, , and i was charged rs, 42999=00 as base price. However, i found was seeing the amazon site today and i found the base price is only rs, 38999=00.
    I am a prime member and a sr. Citizen, having retired as head, trg. & placement from i.I.T., delhi, now living on pension only.
    Kindly, look into the matter, as it is causing me a loss of rs., 4000/=

      The delivery boy behaves very rude when he was came for delivery he had even no sense that how to behaves with customer his priority is only to deliver the parcel to customer not to talk behaves bad from the overall scenario happens with me I hope that you will take legal action against him.

        In Amazon I ordered black and Decker drill machine on the 24/9/2020 7.59am Rs.4078 and the till 12/10/2020 the item not dispatch so I cancelled on 12/10/2020 in the morning and the 12/10/2020 evening 3.07pm I got message from Amazon refund success on rupay card(ending with6357)RS.4078 please contact us for details at http://amazon.in/help. Till 20/10/2020 the amount not credited in my account so I went to bank and the bank saying contact Amazon when I'm calling Amazon they are saying they cleared refund and RRN no. 30005402870268077294395 please help me with this detail name sunil dsouza corporation bank nadikuru udupi Karnataka

            Order[protected], was on Oct 5th 2020 paid total Rs 2, 574.00 for 15 quantities for item-Ankita Gemstones Shri Dhan-Laxmi-Kuber Bhandari Yantra pack of 13. sold by G Mart. received on Oct 10th only 1 quantity & missing 14 quantities. Since i have been contacted Amazon, mentioned, investigated & was delivered without providing any proof of courier receipt with receiver's signature. while i sent them a courier small bag & 1 item i received. tried to send several emails to Amazon India customer service.
            but not a positive response. Kindly please help me out to receive my remaining 14 quantities or Refund. Thank you

                My order No.[protected], placed on[protected]. Initially the payment made through net banking Rs. 289.00 has been passed by the bank. But the payment was not crdited in the Amazon account. I had to reapy the amount to book my order. Therefore the amount cleared by the bank may be verified in your account against the order and credited back to me

                    I have ordered Stylsta Window AC cover from Amazon India on 13th Oct for anount 299 on 13th Oct and it was to be dilevered on 18th Oct. The delivery boy acted cunning and never came to deliver it. Got the status updated twice that payment was not given. Informed Amazon about this and they said delivery attempt was never made and delivery boy was at fault. They said it will be delivered on 22nd Oct. Today again i checked with Amazon they said cannot deliver today on 22nd also. Being harrased for last 5 days and also wrong allegation that payment was not ready when no attempt was made to deliver it.

                    Amazon is repeating same harrasment on my order 3rd time. I ordered Pigeon 5L cooker and Greenchef 3L cooker. Order has reached chandigarh Amazon facility on 26th Oct. Delivery boys are so cunning they say they dont have order and cannot come to Mohali for delivering. They behave so rude and misbehave. They never came to deliver product and update status that payment was not given. Now customer care person told delivery agent was stopped to enter. We have cctv camera footage and gate entry records which proves noone came. I got confirmation email that product will be delivered by 30th Oct and now Customer care persin saying wait till 3rd Nov. Full of lies and false promises. Amazon

                      Hi Team,

                      I ordered a mobile device last Sunday by paying through credit card. The site said that the payment has failed. So i had to cancel and re-book the order. However, while refunding the amount, the part of refund amount, they gave me in the form of Amazon Pay Balance. This is completely unfair. First of all they said the payment is not accepted. Then how come there is a question of refund? And if the refund is coming, they should return it to original source of income as mentioned in the terms and conditions while placing the order. They are in violation of terms they mentioned while making order. My registered email ID is [protected]@gmail.com

                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 21 OCT 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                              Hi Im manoj,
                              I have placed an order of rs 100259 (ipad + apple pencil) in single order with hdfc bank credit card in SINGLE PAYMENT. I Got only 1250 cashback & 1750 instant discount later i contacted amazon twice one is via call other is via chat below both the times executive has promised me 6000₹ cashback! Now today he was telling me they cant because it is 98509 after instant discount ! But the order value is above 1 lakh & it was after bank discount & we cant give 6000 refund. This is not fair ! Cant i add 2k and place a fresh order?if told the same day I enquired! Now because of your misinformation im loosing 6k? You executive has told me your order value is above 100000 and you will sure receive in 5 days that day on call& chat . This is not correct! I have attached screenshots of chat & offer you can check! If you feel you cant Process the cashback then just cancel my order and I will go with and local seller where I can get 10% of a cashback which is more than Amazon cashback and one thing I am surely going to place an consumer complaint under consumer protection act 2019, regarding this of looting customers with a misleading offers and misinformation through the customer support which has been directly executed by Amazon dot in.
                              Thank you! Hope you reply before i reach consumer court!

                                I have purchased a 55x9500g from amazon cloudtail retailer. As per the Sony Diwali offer I should have received a headphone ch510 along with the tv. Amazon is notified as an official retailer on sony India Site.

                                  I purchase a iphone 11 64gb during amazon great indian festival. i read a term condition and then i booked my product, as per term condition 10% cashback is there on hdfc bank credit card. i received 1750 instant cashback on hdfc credit card . and term condition also says CREDIT CARD customer will get bonus cashback 1250 rs if customers spend order 30000 and above on single transaction. i am attaching the proof also. its clearly mentioned.so i didn't receive 1250 cashback and customer care agent also saying you will not get.
