My Amazon name is Irena Mihalkovich, I've been amazon India's customer for many years. However, the last order I made was on 25-May-2020
(25-May-2020) by debit card SBIPG SU[protected]AMAZON MUMBAI 4, 296.00. The orders were shipped. Afterward I ordered a laptop, using my brother's European card. Amazon immediately blocked my account, having found this transaction suspicious (probably because it was a foreign card). For one week I oculdn't access my account, they asked for million documents to prove my identity and the rest, it was a lot of stress. The laptop money 70k were with them for one week as well. AFter one week they unlocked my account and refunded the laptop money, however, 3k less than what I paid, due to exchange rate difference. But the real problem started afterwards. all my recent orders got deleted, including the one for 4, 296 Rs made on 25 the of may. I couldn't not access their status, however, I received them. Two products of this order were not suiting me. Motorola Bluetooth headphones, 3000 worth were not working properly and one sports/healthwear did not fit me so I thought to return the second one and refund the first one. As the orders were no longer reflected in my account, I contact amazon personally about return and refund, but amazon said they don't see these orders and have no history of the orders, I kept on sending them screenshots of the orders and my bank account dewtails, but they couldn't see the orders and kept telling me to call them tomorrow. It's been going on for two weeks, I talked at least with 10 of their employees, they know nothing about my orders and can't really help. Maximum a few people said they will write my complaint to a manager. And one manager answered indeed, his answer was: "are you sure the order number is correct, I can't see it!". The worst part of it is that I could not reply to his email, since it was a non-reply one. I feel helpless and I want my refund, I'm ready to return faulty items, but they don't believe me this transaction even took palace, because it's by computer mistake absent from their history.
