Hi, with reference to my order number[protected], i had ordered pintola peanut butter on 27.06.2020, when i received the box i found it fully broken and butter partially leaked out of box, since it is covid 19 time and the butter could be infected hence i decided to throw away, we trust amazon, i have been a regular buyer since years, this time it is very disappointing and unfortunately later when i checked the return policy i found that the referred item is not eligible for return, because of your vendor and your return policy i had to incur a loss of rs. 883.00 and lot of inconvenience. Please arrange for a refund or courier a new product with safe packing.
