On 5th may i order two pis mobile total amount was rs15998. I paid this amount through bank atm card. After two days i cancel my order. Amzon refund my amount 11th may. Sir i have not get my refund from amazon. But amazon costomer cere have told me they initiated my refund and you will contact your bank costomer cere....

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. I have a refund issue with amazon. They said that the refund has been processed and money will be reflected in my bank account within 3 to 5 days. After a week as i didn't receive the amount, i contacted amazon again and they told me that the refund has been done from their end on may 9th and to check with my bank about the issue. Please let me know why i am not getting the amount credited to my account....

But it is not reflecting in my indian bank account.
