On monday (13th july 2020) i had one pickup from amazon, for size replacement of liberty foot fun sandal. Pickup representative came to us for the pickup of a replacement product (Order#[protected], it was handed over to him.

To our surprise he asked for another product replacement (Originally ordered from flipkart). My family not knowing the provider, handed over flipkart product (Shoe) to the same amazon representative (Replacement id:[protected]).

After learning the strange incident, i tried calling the pickup man, but no response from him ([protected]) with pin 7488.

Kindly request the amazon india pickup provider to take a note of this incident and provide us the replacement for amazon product and return back the product of flipkart.

I had cancelled a product in amazon as on 6th june 2020 but the amount (423+423) has been debited from my account.

Reference number: (30005401590158170096246) rupees 423 and another reference number: (30005401590158190860456) rupees 423.

Above are the reference numbers which state's that has been credited from amazon but from bank it has not yet been credited. So would request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Mobile phone received.
After unbox the phone box phone is mad in china. For this made in china phone call to, customer service of amazon, and discuss with customer services team to replacement with made in india phone but they aren't going to replace the phone with made in india.
With them selling advertisement they aren't given any information or clarification about made in china india. It's only clear after come the phone.
Also i requested that if amazon aren't replace my phone with made in india thne i want back my money. Regarding this they aren't giving back my money that's why i have to request that help me for the same.
Eighter amazon give replacement with made in india phone or give back my money.,

My refund from amazon is not received yet, they say refund is issued but your bank not credited it to your account.
They have given me a refund reference number and told to go in bank and have a fight regarding this issue with the bank manager.

Is this our job, we paid to you amazon, why you told us to go to bank.
It's your duty to issue refund.

Buy the v gurad induction from amazon. So cancel are order to refund 2049 rupees from amazon. But amount is not reflecting to my account from bank

Before one year i have booked a product (Insane labz psychotic apple flavour 220gm). But your agent is coming to my home than i send payment mode of transfer google pay. Transaction is complete but your agent say i have no received money. When i send screenshot of successful transaction. Then he say i will come in tomorrow but he didn't come. I made a amazon order (Order id:[protected] on 30th june and i cancelled it immediately and they made refund immediately on 30th june referring so called refund id:74332740183018246856088 but that amount is not credited in my account since by now also

I have requested a return of three items and one delivery boy came and ask to return all the items that i have. Hi, with reference to my order number[protected], i had ordered pintola peanut butter on 27.06.2020, when i received the box i found it fully broken and butter partially leaked out of box, since it is covid 19 time and the butter could be infected hence i decided to throw away, we trust amazon, i have been a regular buyer since years, this time it is very disappointing and unfortunately later when i checked the return policy i found that the referred item is not eligible for return, because of your vendor and your return policy i had to incur a loss of rs. 883.00 and lot of inconvenience. I have done vodafone recharge of 379Rs. for mobile contact number [protected] on date 25 April 2020. using debit Card Citi Bank, i have done recharge and as per amazon offer, 341 Rs has been deducted from bank and 37/- instant discount. The complaint is about that i have ordered one wooden bed from amazon on 13th june 2020 and paid rs.19, 999/- though my credit card, the scheduled delivery was 3rd july 2020, the product reached the my city and nearby my place of delivery on 26th june 2020 but not yet delivered to my home. Now the issue is we are relocating from kolkata to goa in the coming few day of this month and would not be available there.

I ordered a sauna suite xl size. And they delivered it today a l size. There’s no option to even return back the wrong item. Now what do i do with this product? I have been noticing many unprofessional deliveries from amazon and its suppliers.
